Hello and welcome.

My name is Martin Krees Morris.

I'm a clinical hypnotherapist who specialises in deep spiritual hypnotherapy.

I use deep state hypnosis and this recording is designed to give you the tools for personal development,

Healing and guidance.

I offer three recordings.

Stage one is to take you to a state,

A place within yourself as a starting point for deep personal meditation.

In the second stage we go to a place where you can start deep healing on yourself or use it as a place to do deep healing on others.

And in the third and the deepest stage we go to a place of the beginning of maybe far personal journeying,

A place where you receive knowledge and wisdom and a place of even deeper healing for yourself.

So welcome to stage one.

This is a stage in which we go to a place where you can allow yourself to go into deep meditation and with all these states you can with practice listening to this recording you can eventually gain the skill if you like,

The experience of returning to this place of deep meditation easily and effortlessly.

So as with all hypnosis please do not listen to this recording whilst driving a car,

Operating heavy machinery.

Ideally you will be in a place in which you will not be disturbed,

Maybe lying down,

Maybe preferably seated in a warm comfortable place.

I just want you to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

Just allowing yourself to begin to relax.

If you have any thoughts come into your mind just allow them to dissolve.

And you might if you like allow that part of you just to sit outside and observe yourself in this process of achieving deep relaxation.

And this is the state where part of you is always aware of what is going on physically and mentally.

You allow yourself to achieve a deep state of relaxation and you might allow your eyes to begin to get heavy,

To allow them just gently maybe begin to close,

Allowing yourself to become aware of your breathing,

Gentle in-breath and out-breath.

And on the out-breath just allow your body to relax,

Just following my voice,

Getting a sense of security,

A sense of comfort and relaxation.

And you might begin to feel that when you draw the breath in you are drawing it in deep into the abdomen,

A sense of the breathing coming from deep within you.

And just allowing yourself to concentrate on your breathing,

Just gently breathing in.

And when you breathe out get a sense of you relax a little more every time you exhale.

And as you begin to breathe in and breathe out just allow your attention to focus on the bottom of your spine.

Allow yourself to get the sensation that you are actually breathing in now to the base of your spine.

Allow your awareness to move there.

And continuing to breathe in very deeply,

Breathing in to the base of your spine.

And allow your attention to move up to the next vertebrae in your spine,

Just focusing easily and effortlessly.

Breathe in to the next vertebrae,

Allow your attention to move up to the next vertebrae in your spine.

And just allowing yourself now to move your attention up to each vertebrae in the spine,

Just focusing on breathing in.

And just moving up effortlessly and higher,

Effortlessly moving up and up.

Just taking your time to hold your awareness through each step of your spine,

Just moving,

Just taking your time,

Just allowing your consciousness,

Your awareness to eventually,

Your awareness is at the top of the spine,

Just allowing yourself to be there.

And now transfer your awareness to the top of your head.

Get the sense that this area of your body is filled with a beautiful golden light.

So now as you breathe in,

And as you breathe out,

Get the sense that this golden light just moves down and down.

With every out breath,

Just a little way further down the forehead,

Through your eyes,

Just allowing your eyelids to relax.

Breathing out,

Further down your cheeks to relax,

Your jawbone to relax,

Just allowing any tension just to dissolve on the up.

Moving down now through the neck,

Just allowing any residual tension,

Taking your time,

Getting a sense of a warm golden light dissolving any tension that's deep in your neck.

And flowing down now into the shoulders,

Just allowing that golden light to go deep,

Deep into your shoulders,

Which often hold so much tension.

To allow the out breath,

Just to carry away the tension,

Going deeper and deeper.

Get a sense now of the golden light just moving down through your upper arms and your chest,

Just allowing that relaxation to go deeper and deeper.

Going down through the chest,

Chest,

Down through the stomach and the elbow,

The abdomen,

The forearm,

Just allowing that relaxation to go deeper and deeper.

And allowing your attention to take the golden light down through your hips and your wrists and your hands,

Through the thighs,

Just allowing them to relax.

Through the knees,

Just allowing any discomfort just to dissolve,

Allowing yourself to go deeper,

Becoming more and more relaxed.

Allowing that golden light to fill yourself with a sense of well-being and relaxation,

Maybe getting a sense of healing at the same time.

And allowing the golden light to flow down through your ankles and your feet,

Maybe get a sense of this light flowing through the soles of your feet,

Down into the earth,

Allowing you to become connected to the planet.

So now as you're there in that place,

Allow a deep sense of awareness of this state of relaxation to settle deep within you,

Allowing you to understand how this feels at a deep,

Deep level within you.

And know that the more you practice this relaxation process,

The easier it will become.

And that you can,

If you wish,

Return at any time just through focusing on your breathing,

Allowing yourself,

If you like,

To sink back down to this place.

And you can use this state and the place now for your own personal meditation and use it as a tool to start you on your own meditation journey,

Introduce your own practices.

And so you can stay in this state for as long as you need to,

And in your own good time,

You can return easily and naturally,

Maybe a sense of rising up,

Allowing yourself to return to normal waking consciousness,

Becoming aware of your body,

Allowing your breathing to return to normal.

And eventually,

When you're ready,

You can just open your eyes and reflect on the experience that you have just had.
