Marta Jackson, LCMHC
Licensed

Licensed Professional Counselor, MA

Born and raised in Poland and now living in the United States, Marta's work is enriched by the experience of living between these cultures. She is a licensed trauma therapist, author, educator, and creator of *The Embodied Muse*, where she curates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves through nervous system healing, embodied presence, creativity, and compassionate self-discovery. Marta is the founder of the *Inside-Out Living* approach—an integrative philosophy that invites us to stop living from survival and begin living from connection with ourselves. Her work weaves together somatic therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, mindfulness, neuroscience, and the wisdom of the body, while honoring the emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of healing. She believes we are not broken; we are beautifully adaptive. Beneath anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, chronic stress, and trauma lives a self that has never stopped waiting to be remembered. Whether guiding a meditation, teaching practical tools, or offering gentle reflections, Marta creates a space that feels both grounding and hopeful. Her intention is not to help you become someone different, but to help you feel safe enough to come home to who you have always been—one breath, one compassionate moment, and one courageous step at a time.
