Beginning at the root of the spine and working up through the lower back,
Then the upper back and the top of the head.

Filling up the chest,
The stomach.
Exhale up the back to the back of the head.
Inhale now filling up the chest and the stomach.
Exhale turning from the spine up the back to the back of the head.
Inhale down the front.
Big inhale now.
Exhale up the back.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale down the front of the body.
Filling up as much space as possible.
Exhale up the spine to the top of the head.
Inhale and if it feels right,
Place one hand on your heart and the other on your stomach.
Exhale up the back of the body,
Letting it all out.
Let's speed up the pace a bit now.
Make sure you're either sitting down or laying down in case you get dizzy.
Inhale down the front of the body.
Exhale up the back.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Continue to breathe at this pace for a few moments.
Inhale.
One last sip.
Exhale.
Letting it all out.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Continue to breathe with a steady breath,
Connecting the inhale and exhale as you do.
You may feel the need to rock the body gently and do that if it feels good.
Notice how the skin begins to feel warmer.
Call attention to any sensations you may feel building up in the body.
Notice any emotions that may be coming up,
Whether that's joy,
Anger,
Sadness,
Or not any one particular emotion at all,
But rather a flowing energy that takes form in different emotions or several at the same time.
Continue the breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Connecting the breath without a pause in between.
Good.
Imagine your body now filling up with a bright white light that flows throughout your entire body as you continue to breathe at this pace,
Growing brighter and brighter with each and every breath.
The light extends now beyond the body,
Surrounding yourself in a circle of bright white light.
As this light fills you and surrounds you,
Begin to return now to a normal breathing pattern.
Feel the body begin to relax.
As the body relaxes,
Bring your attention to the space now behind your forehead and imagine that an elevator appears there.
See the doors open.
And as they do,
Imagine walking into the elevator.
You turn around and you press down on the elevator buttons and you see the doors close.
And then you feel the movement downward.
The elevator moves down your spine,
Behind your mouth,
Your throat.
It arrives now at the center of the chest and the heart space.
Imagine the doors opening slowly.
You're in charge of how much the doors open.
And as the doors begin to open,
Call attention to your body.
Do you feel comfortable,
Afraid,
Excited?
If you feel comfortable,
Walk out of the elevator into your heart space.
Feel the full presence in your heart.
As you arrive at the heart center,
Imagine now that you can speak to your heart.
Take a few moments now and see what words come up for you.
You may speak out loud or to yourself and allow whatever comes up to arise naturally.
It may even be sensations,
But do try to add words to these sensations.
You may say the following to begin.
You are powerful.
You are loved.
You are safe.
You are loving.
Take a few moments now and say anything that arises naturally and just see what comes up.
You may find yourself in a memory from the past or an image of the future.
And when you do,
Call attention to that.
Come back to the present and speak to your heart.
Take an inhale now and imagine that you can switch places with your heart and that you can speak from the heart to you.
Go ahead now and switch places and see what you look like.
Notice the way you're standing,
Your facial expressions,
The quality of your eyes,
And anything else that calls attention to you.
Take an inhale.
What does the heart have to say to you?

Go ahead and begin to speak to yourself.
You may begin with the following phrases.
You are powerful.
You are loved.
You are loving.
See what other phrases come naturally.
What guidance does your heart have for you?
What actions might you take in your life?
Take a few moments and allow whatever else arises to surface naturally,
Without judgment,
Without shame.
And when you are ready,
Go ahead and switch places.
Take a breath,
Inhale,
And come back to yourself.
Turn around and walk back to the elevator.
See the elevator doors open and re-enter.
Press up and notice the doors close as you begin to rise upward.
First at the neck center,
Behind your mouth,
The eyes,
Arriving now at the space behind your forehead.
See the doors open and walk out of the elevator.
Take a breath here,
Inhale,
And feel your presence here in this moment.
Before opening up your eyes,
Call attention to any new awareness,
Any new sensations in the body,
Any new lessons that you learned from your heart.
Call attention to the space around you.
And when you feel ready,
Go ahead and open up your eyes.
Re-enter your day feeling the full presence of your awakened heart.
And know that you are full of powerful love.
