Begin by arriving right here,
Right now.
Let your body soften into stillness.
Whether you are seated or lying down,
Allow gravity to hold you.
Release the need to fix anything.
There's nothing to prove here,
Nothing to achieve,
Only a return to the breath,
To the body,
To the wisdom that lives within.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow inhale through your nose,
And an even slower exhale through your mouth.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Inhale.
Exhale.
This begins the journey through the seven dimensions of breath,
A practice that returns you to the full spectrum of your being.
Continue to breathe deep and steady as we move through each of the seven dimensions.
Breathing in through your nose and then exhaling through your mouth.
On your next inhale,
Go ahead and breathe down into the earth.
Breathing down,
Feel into your seat,
Your feet,
Your legs.
Let your awareness drop like water seeping into the soil beneath you.
And with each exhale,
Feeling yourself a little more into the ground,
Letting the earth hold your weight,
Rooting deep into the stability below.
And when you're ready,
On your next inhale,
Breathe up into the sky above,
Shifting your attention upward.
Feel your spine lengthen.
Feel your breath rising through the crown of your head,
Expanding into the vast sky above,
Lifting into possibility,
Softening into trust.
You are now both rooted and rising.
This is your connection to something greater,
To vision,
To spirit.
When you're ready,
Breathing into the future through your chest,
Breathing into the space in front of you.
Feel the breath move into your chest,
Into your heart,
Into the space ahead of you,
The path you are walking.
Feeling your momentum,
Releasing the need to rush.
Let yourself be drawn forward by alignment,
Not force.
When you're ready,
On your next inhale,
Breathing into your back,
Into the past.
Bring awareness now to the space behind you,
Breathing into your spine,
Into your shoulders,
Into the long line of those who came before you.
Your breath moves back into your personal history,
Your ancestral story,
The lessons,
The pain,
The love.
Honoring what has shaped you,
Releasing what no longer defines you.
When you're ready,
On your next inhale,
Breathing into the right side of you,
Your wisdom,
Your discernment.
Breathing into the right side of your body,
Your ribs,
Your arm,
Your hip.
This is the realm of logic,
Of order,
Of clarity and decisive action.
Extending your awareness out through your right side,
Feel the structure,
Feel the discernment.
Let clear insight emerge.
This is your inner architect,
Your clarity,
Your forward momentum with purpose.
And on your next inhale,
Shifting your awareness to your left side and breathing out through the left side of your body,
Bringing your awareness to your left side,
Your heart,
Your hip,
Your left shoulder.
This is the home of intuition,
Of emotion,
Of relational depth.
Feel into the subtle knowing,
Allowing emotion to flow.
No need to name or explain,
Simply listen,
Letting the quiet voice be heard.
And on your next inhale,
Bringing your awareness within,
Into the core of your being,
Your center.
So gather now all of your awareness inward,
Breathing into the chest,
The sternum,
The center of your being,
Into the muscles,
The fascia,
The organs,
Yourselves,
The space between yourselves,
Realizing the enormous magnitude that makes up your being,
The enormity of you.
Returning to yourself,
Feeling your wholeness.
You are an extraordinary being.
You are here.
You are powerful.
You are present.
And you walk throughout this life with clarity,
With conviction,
And with courage.
Let all of these seven dimensions live inside your way of being as you move throughout your day.
Down into the earth,
Up into the sky,
Forward into your future,
Back into your past,
Right to clarity,
Left to intuition,
And then within,
Into your true center.
You are a multi-dimensional being,
And this breath practice is your compass home.
So I invite you now to take a few deep,
Full breaths with me.
And if you feel like it would be helpful for your body to move,
To shake,
To bounce up and down,
To shake your arms,
I invite you to do that freely.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Then inhaling through your nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale.
Inhale.
As you come back into the space around you,
I invite you to wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
As you gently open your eyes.
And if it feels right,
Feel free to stop here.
Or if you'd like,
Here are a few questions to consider,
To reflect,
To help you map out the next steps you take throughout your day.
Feel free to pause,
After each of these questions,
And journal your response.
What can I let go of right now to feel more grounded?
What vision is propelling me forward?
What is one aligned action I can take today?
What experience or lesson wants to be integrated now?
What truth or insight feels clear today?
What is my intuition quietly guiding me toward?
What will best help me stay in alignment as I move throughout this day?
Go ahead and carry this awareness into the rest of your day.
And know that you can return to this practice,
This breath,
This alignment,
At any time.
Thank you so much for practicing with me,
And I look forward to hearing from many of you.
