Smila Rachman Rachim,

In the name of the one most compassionate,

Most merciful,

Most kind.

This is Mark Silver with Heart of Business and welcome to Remembrance.

I just want to encourage you in this moment to notice how are you feeling.

How are you feeling?

A lot of times we meet someone else or we get on the phone with them and they say,

How are you?

Do we actually take the time to notice how are we?

How am I?

How are you?

Just noticing that feeling.

What's true for you?

Noticing how you're feeling.

Noticing how much space there is to feel exactly how you're feeling.

And then bringing your attention to your heart high up in your chest and just beginning to call to the divine through the open doorway of your heart.

Not trying to change or fix how you feel in any way.

Just noticing that you feel how you feel and Allah.

And the love.

One of the feelings that comes up for us quite often in business is a lack of confidence.

Sometimes we just don't feel sure about ourselves or confident in ourselves.

And then we can either collapse and curl up in the ball and shut down or we can try to puff up and push through.

Neither of those are satisfying or effective.

And so if that happens to be how you're feeling today,

If there's something like that up for you in this moment in your business around feeling confident,

Just noticing that.

Noticing what it's like to feel unconfident.

To be honest with yourself and honest with the divine.

I don't feel confident.

I don't feel capable.

I feel shy.

I feel tender.

What's it like to be gentle with yourself?

And your lack of confidence.

Just stay open and vulnerable and tender with feeling maybe it's in your belly.

Maybe it's in your chest or your shoulders or jaw.

Wherever you're feeling it.

And just continuing to call to the divine and remember the divine throughout.

And maybe reflect on the truth that as human beings we live in uncertainty.

Things change.

I'm not sure what the next moment will bring.

Complete unshakable confidence is in some ways a lack of humility.

Just letting yourself feel your authentic humility.

Sense of humility and sincerity and openness.

I'm not sure.

Letting your head bow in that humility and sincerity and letting your heart bow.

I'm just continuing to call the name of the divine.

Letting your heart turn away from whatever it's reacting to.

Whatever it feels less than confident about.

Let it turn towards the divine.

And when you show that tenderness to the divine.

When you show that lack of confidence.

That uncertainty to the heart of the divine.

You open up your heart.

Just remembering and opening and wondering.

What do you notice in your heart?

What do you notice in your heart?

What if it was okay to lack confidence?

What if it was okay to be uncertain?

What if you could face the divine and be uncertain?

How does that feel in your being?

What does that feel in your heart and in your back and under your feet?

What does that feel like in your body?

What does that feel like in your body?

What does that feel like in your body?

When you lack confidence.

That's what's true.

And so if that's true for you,

Some aspect of your business.

Accept and embrace this natural state of the heart and facing uncertainty.

And then let yourself rest into the divine.

Everything is within the hands of the divine.

There is nothing that the divine,

That source is not certain of.

So just continuing to remember and to call to the divine and remember the divine,

The friend and the beloved.

Letting that tenderness and that uncertainty in your own heart be really open to the divine.

Just noticing how that feels.

Hmm!

Hmm.

Hmm.

Hmm.

Notice how your heart feels.

Notice how your being feels opening up that vulnerability and that tenderness to the divine and facing whatever it is in your business or your life that you're lacking confidence with.

Knowing that you don't have to be confident.

And yet your heart can still rest into the divine presence.

And to the love.

Hmm.

Hmm.

And just noticing any authentic appreciation or gratitude for anything you might have received during this remembrance.

Letting yourself express that to the divine.

And if you wish staying in remembrance or taking a nice gentle breath and letting yourself return to the day.

Peace and blessings.
