A'u'du Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem In the name of the One Most Compassionate,

Most Merciful,

Most Kind This is Mark Silver with Heart of Business.

And sometimes our business or some aspect of our life is not unfolding,

Happening as quickly as we like.

And it becomes clear to us that we need patience.

And yet we often forget that patience is actually a quality of the Divine.

That patience is not a collapse.

Patience is not a kind of hopeless waiting for something to happen.

And so if you're in need of patience,

Let's start with just noticing how you're feeling.

So much space to feel exactly how you're feeling.

Un-la.

Un-la.

Un-la.

Un-la.

And as you're facing something that is taking far longer than you thought it ever would.

When you feel like your own supply of human patience has run out.

When you feel perhaps a bit collapsed,

Asking.

Understanding being with the thirst in your heart.

And beginning to open to the understanding that patience is actually a bit of a crucible.

Something that tenderizes you and gives you a tremendous inner and outer strength to listen only to the guidance of the Divine.

And to not judge your progress according to any outer signs or feedback or pushback.

So just taking a moment in your heart,

Taking this time in your heart,

Beginning to call to the Divine through the open doorway of your heart.

And bringing your yearning for whatever it is to unfold.

Bringing your yearning for the path that you're walking.

Cherishing your yearning for an arrival point.

For nourishment.

For contentment.

All of which are holy and sacred and divine.

And noticing how you still listen to the outer signs.

How sometimes you forsake guidance and heart clarity.

For the feedback of people and things and events that you know aren't trustworthy in this regard.

Not bad.

But not signposts.

And just witnessing your state and your station and your heart in this journey.

On long.

Um Um Um Um Um And just allowing those outer signs,

The outer voices,

The outer feedback,

To fall away,

To drift away,

To melt away.

As you focus your attention and your heart on the oneness,

On the source of love.

Um Um Um Um Um What happens if you allow your heart to be immersed in the divine quality of patience,

Asabur?

Um How does it cook you?

How does it cook your heart?

How does it simmer all that you are walking with?

What begins to form and arise within you?

Um Um There are ways that we as humans waver on the path that we've been given,

In very natural and understandable ways.

What happens when that wavering is placed into the crucible,

Into the soup pot of asabur,

Of patience?

What melts away?

What gets reduced?

What becomes cooked off?

And what develops?

Allah Allah Allah Allowing yourself to embrace what is arising,

What is being created,

What is being deepened and anchored in your heart,

By walking with patience.

Yeah,

Allah Allah Allah Allah Allah Allah Beautiful And allowing yourself to notice any authentic gratitude or appreciation for anything that has been anchored or developed,

Anything that you've noticed or received,

Anything that's true now about your heart from this remembrance.

And letting yourself express that to the divine.

And allowing yourself to take a nice gentle breath and bringing your attention back.

Thank you so much, I really needed this today, it was truly the perfect thing and a beautiful reminder that I need to be patient with myself, be patient with my progress and I shouldn’t put so much pressure on myself. Everything will work out.
