Hello and welcome everyone to the Monday remembrance.
Really happy to have you here.
Your heart's here with me.
Ah,
Just wanting to invite you to get present to how you're feeling.
Taking a nice gentle breath.
And gentle.
I've noticed that sometimes when I've been invited to take a full breath I'll end up over inflating myself.
And that can be yeah,
It doesn't feel so.
So it's more just allowing the breath to breathe through you.
To let your lungs expand gently and fully.
But without pushing it.
And as the breath comes in and out of your lungs,
Just noticing all those places in your body that you can become aware of.
Your feet and your legs and your hips.
And your pelvis.
And your belly.
And your chest.
And your back as well.
Your shoulders and your arms and fingertips.
And your neck and your jaw and your chin.
And your face and your head.
Just really being aware of your physical body as well as your emotions.
And just noticing that there is space for all of it.
Really welcomed in.
And then if you haven't already,
Bringing your attention to your heart high up in your chest.
And beginning to call the name of the Divine.
Whatever name you use.
Through the open doorway of your heart.
Neither male nor female,
But the oneness.
The totality of everything and the source of everything.
The beloved.
I use as a Sufi the word Allah.
Just has that Ah sound.
Resonates in the chest.
You use whatever name feels right to you.
Allah.
In our business,
As in our lives,
There are projects or tasks that sometimes are in front of us.
That when we face them,
Either generally or in the moment,
We have a feeling of,
I don't wanna.
I don't wanna do it.
I don't wanna have to do this.
And sometimes we can explore and find that something doesn't need to be done.
And it's just a should and we can let it go.
And sometimes it's something we really do need to do.
Maybe getting clean on our finances and looking at our accounts or maybe it's a certain marketing strategy or project that you really know.
You've gotten really clear in your heart that it's the right thing to do.
And you still you don't wanna.
Or some kind of admin or something.
Something that feels both right and you still like there's some part of you that just doesn't wanna.
And I want to encourage you to just start by welcoming in the I don't wanna.
While staying in remembrance and remembrance not to try to change how you think or feel,
Not to try to force the I don't wanna to shift.
But just I don't wanna and the love.
It's love available even here.
So much space is spaciousness for the I don't wanna.
So much spaciousness for that feeling of I don't wanna.
Gentleness.
Let yourself face it.
Let yourself have the I don't wanna.
And at the same time face the task,
The project that you don't want to do.
Don't turn away from it.
And just staying in remembrance.
Om And just noticing what do you notice what do you see asking to be shown asking the divine to show you.
To be able to see more clearly.
This task or project.
Is there something that you're not seeing about it.
Or haven't seen as clearly.
What is it that is wanting to be shown to you.
Willing to be surprised.
Not having to change how you feel about it.
Just wanting to see it more completely.
Maybe even bowing to it a bit bowing to the divine presence.
That has to be present in everything that exists.
And so must be present in this task or project.
So opening your heart.
And just asking to see asking to know asking to perceive and still calling to the divine remembering the divine.
Om And just noticing how your heart feels and how your being feels.
If you see a little bit more about this.
Om And also asking what is it that your heart is needing.
Maybe the I don't want to has not shifted or it's only shifted partially.
Just letting yourself ask in curiosity what is your heart needing.
Asking the divine asking to be shown.
Willing to be surprised.
Om Just real curiosity.
What is it that your heart is thirsty for.
And then asking the divine.
To help you drink in whatever it is that your heart is needing directly from the divine.
Om Om Om And part of maturity is discerning between what is right and what is easy and sometimes following through on things that your ego may not want to do but that your heart knows is really right.
And at the same time not wanting to do violence to yourself.
And having real compassion for the part of you that is dragging its feet.
So really being so gentle bringing so much gentleness and compassion.
You can be gentle and compassionate without letting them run the show without letting the part of you that wants to have a tantrum run the show.
Just bringing in the divine.
Remembering the divine.
Witnessing the presence of the source of love.
Resting into that.
And noticing,
Finding any authentic gratitude or appreciation for anything you might have experienced during this remembrance.
Knowing that you can take as much time as you need to to continue to work with whatever came up.
And this may also be enough.
Just expressing that gratitude.
And taking a nice gentle breath.
And if you wish returning to your day.
And if you wish continuing remembrance here.
I wish you peace and blessings and look forward to connecting with you this week.
Peace.
