Thank you for tuning in with the X-Breath.

My name is Mark Moon.

This style of breathing is best done lying down.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes and let's begin.

This session aims to deepen your spiritual connection,

Providing a brief but powerful glimpse into a more expansive state of being.

Let's take a few relaxing breaths to fully arrive in this moment.

Begin by breathing deeply from the belly to the chest.

Breathing in through the nose,

Let it out with a sigh.

Let the breath flow freely without force.

Continue this pattern connecting each breath to the next without pausing.

Receive on the inhale and release on the exhale.

Breathing in to receive the cosmic life force energy,

And breathing out to release what blocks your natural state of being.

And as you approach breath 10,

Feel yourself experiencing a state of active relaxation.

10 breaths.

Continue this pattern connecting each breath to the next without pausing.

Breathing in through the nose,

Let it out with a sigh.

Feel the breath flow.

When we breathe this way,

We change the chemical composition in our body.

We become more alkaline.

Let your breath flow with every fiber of your being.

You may start to feel some tingling and a sense of lightness in your body.

20 breaths.

With each breath,

Know you are weaving your spirit with the unified field of all existence and the universe.

You are halfway there.

With each breath,

You are clearing your pathway to a more enlightened way of being.

Breathe in deeply to unite with the unified field.

Exhale to merge into the infinity of the space around you.

30 breaths.

Each breath is a cosmic co-creation,

A delicate dance between receiving and releasing back to the universe.

Every breath a dance with divinity,

One step closer to your true essence.

As you breathe,

Envision your energy expanding beyond your physical form,

Connecting with the energy and all of the life around you.

40 breaths.

Let each breath be like a silent chant of unity,

Harmonizing your soul with the sound of creation,

Your unique song being heard by the universe.

You are doing so well,

Almost there.

With every inhale,

Absorb the energy and wisdom of the cosmos,

And with every exhale,

You are sharing your spirit's light with the world around you.

Allow these final breaths to be the deepest,

Filling your entire being with a sense of peace and connection.

Take your final breath in and hold,

Then let it out with a sigh,

Holding the breath out for 60 seconds.

Remember you are strong enough to handle any challenges,

Wise enough to find the answers within,

And capable enough to do whatever needs to be done.

Take a deep breath in and bring your awareness to you,

Feeling the energy of this quote from me.

You are the universe in ecstatic motion.

Stop acting small.

As you exhale,

Feel your body completely let go,

Surrendering fully to the heartbeat of existence.

Returning to your natural breath,

Take a moment to sit with the stillness and the sensations in your body.

Notice any profound messages that may drop into your awareness.

Remember this state of expanded awareness is accessible to you whenever you need,

With just a few seconds.

Feel free to stay lying here for as long as you like.

Whenever you're ready,

Bring some gentle movement back to your body,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

And when the timing feels right for you,

Slowly open your eyes,

Returning to the present moment,

Refreshed and reconnected.
