This practice is to call ourselves back home. When you feel spread thin, a bit depleted, tired, or simply when you have been holding space for others. Calling all the pieces of you back to you, back home to Yourself. Perfect for space holders and empaths.

This is a very simple exercise to do.

Each time we feel spread thin,

Each time we've been holding space for others and we notice some energy lingering or as well when we feel a little bit depleted as if others would have stayed with a piece of us,

A part of our energy.

And so after holding a group or after a day of being very active socially,

There's something that I really love to do and it's calling myself back home and also bring back to others what belongs to them with the most love and care and yet making sure that all of you is restored and all of them is as well.

So you can lay down already now and begin to tune into your breath,

Not forcing anything,

Just really noticing where you're at.

Maybe even noticing where is those hole into your energy field,

Where are maybe some pieces that miss right now.

Continue to breathe in and out and then whenever you're ready you can simply call all the pieces of you that you left along the way today,

Maybe over the last week,

Maybe over the last month and you're calling all those pieces right back in.

You can even visualize your energy field and how the pieces come back and how it seal your energy field right back.

And then at the same time you can say and I am releasing of any energy that has been stuck with me,

Any energy that do not belong to me I return them to who they belong to.

I am giving back all the energies that do not belong to me and I'm calling back in all of my energy.

And you can keep doing that maybe even matching your in-breath and your out-breath.

When you call in you just bring back all your energy and then when you breathe out you just gently,

Softly bring back the energy that do not belong to you back to who they belong.

And you keep breathing in and breathing out as long as you feel that you are finally back to your wall,

To your wall being.

And as a beautiful closing you can thank,

You can open up,

You can bring any gesture,

Any words of gratitude for this beautiful exchange and yet remain full,

Grounded and solid in your own energy.
