Take this moment to thank yourself for being here and investing in this time for yourself and for your baby.
Sit down comfortably or lay back with your palms open and facing up or resting your hands on your belly,
Connecting with your baby.
Start with your eyes open,
Keeping a soft gaze and begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Holding at the top and out through the mouth.
Continue to take deep breaths in through the nose,
Hold at the top and release through the mouth.
On your next exhale,
Gently close your eyes and bring your breath back to normal,
In and out through the nose at your own pace.
You are in the final stretch of your pregnancy journey.
Your body is expanding and growing perfectly to accommodate your sweet,
Healthy baby.
With each breath,
Focus your attention on your growing belly and imagine a beautiful,
Warm,
Soft light illuminating your womb,
Your belly.
Imagine it expanding down into your legs,
Into your ankles,
Your feet,
Toes.
Into your stomach,
Your chest.
Out to your arms and hands and fingers.
Imagine it going up into your neck,
Over your face,
Into your head.
You're in the final stretch of your pregnancy journey.
Imagine this light is expanding outside of you.
You and your baby are safe,
Healthy and fully supported.
You are divinely designed for each other.
Feel the light warm you and your baby from the inside out.
