Welcome to your first trimester meditation.

I'm so proud that you're here.

Sit down comfortably or lay back in bed with your palms open and facing up or rest your hands on your belly.

Start with a soft gaze and begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Hold,

And out through the mouth.

Continue to take deep breaths in,

Hold,

And out through the mouth.

Take a deep breath in,

Holding at the top,

And out through the mouth.

Continue this at your own pace.

On your next exhale,

Gently close your eyes and bring your breath back to normal,

In and out through the nose.

You are fully supported on your journey into motherhood.

You are a divine vessel for your baby.

Breathe in life.

Breathe out fear and doubt.

Feel the connection between your womb and your baby.

You are the perfect mother for your baby.

Your womb is creating and nourishing life.

Feel into your power as a mother.

Your body doesn't need help creating this perfect life.

The innate wisdom of source,

Of God,

The universe,

Is flowing to and through you and your baby.

You are supported.

Your baby is supported.

You and your baby are happy and healthy.

Feel life force energy radiating to your womb and to your baby.

Imagine a warm,

Soft light starting in your womb.

Expanding outward,

Expanding into your legs,

Down to your ankles,

Feet and toes,

Up to your stomach and chest,

Out to your arms,

Hands and fingers.

Feel this warm light expanding up into your neck,

Your head,

Over your face.

Feel this light coming out into the space around you.

Now bring your thoughts back to the breath.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

Let your mind wander.

No judgment.

If you find yourself fixating on a thought,

Think of a thought and release it.

Now bring your focus back to the breath.

In and out.

Remember,

You are supported on your journey into motherhood.

You are the perfect mother for your baby.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

I absolutely love the music and her voice. I feel so much more confident in my pregnancy right now. If I get anxious again I’ll listen to this one. Wish there was another one like this but longer because I love it! Definitely recommend this for anyone at any point in their pregnancy. Thank you!
