Here we go!

This is a guided meditation video.

It's supposed to help you find the strength for your daily meditation.

Find a comfortable seat where you can sit with your back up straight so your spine will be in an upward position.

Close your eyes and relax your face.

Take a deep breath in and out and enjoy your breath.

Feel how it's coming in deep to your stomach and your chest and release it fully.

Do that a few times and feel how you're calming down.

Feel your heart beat.

Maybe you can feel it slowing down as well.

Now start to center your attention at the tip of your nose on your nostrils.

Feel the air coming in and going out.

You can imagine yourself being in the dark and the only light that you can see is on the tip of your nose.

It's like you're holding a flashlight that is pointed to the tip of your nose.

When you feel like thoughts are coming in,

Try not to look at them.

Try not to give them any attention.

Want them to be a cloud that is just passing you by.

Within the practice of your meditation,

Those thoughts are going to come less and less,

The less you give it attention.

Just always come back to your breath.

Don't judge yourself.

Be patient.

So now that you've gathered your attention at this tip of your nose,

You can imagine your attention to move with the wind inside of your nose and inside of your head.

You want it to be a swirling energy,

A swirling light bulb that can move.

You can play with it.

You can move it faster and slower.

Try to train your attention like that.

Move it up and down intentionally.

Try to go faster and slower.

Try to feel what the area that you are in feels like.

Maybe you can feel a difference between bone structures,

Your brain,

Your skin,

Your eyes,

Your mouth and your teeth,

Your ears,

And then try to stop it somewhere in an area,

For example,

In your jaw bones,

And try to explore that area like a scientist.

Look at every little part.

Because as you are alive,

There is life in every cell.

There is always something going on,

Always something being transported.

And if you pay close attention to it,

You can feel it.

Focus your attention.

See what sensations you can find.

Can you find heaviness?

Can you feel tickling?

A difference in temperature?

Enjoy your attentiveness.

Once you get comfortable in your head,

You can start moving your attention through the rest of your body.

You can play with this attention.

You can have it bigger or smaller.

You can have attention on your entire arm.

Or you can only focus on the palm of your head.

Hear what you can detect in the palm of your hands.

Usually there is a lot of energy centered in the palm of our hands,

So it usually feels warm.

From there you can go and explore every finger,

Every part of your arm.

Move your attention through your body.

Whatever sensation you can feel,

Try to not judge it.

Even if it's pain,

Even if it feels dark,

There's no such thing as good or bad.

Try to look at it with the eyes of a scientist,

With the attention of a scientist.

Just see what's there.

Be curious.

Whenever you feel like your mind is wandering away,

Come back to your breath.

Intensify your breath for a bit.

Feel how your energy is going up when you're breathing in,

Connecting you to the energies that are constantly coming down for you from the universe.

Feel how your energy is going down through your spine,

To the earth.

Feel your connection to our planet.

You can always do that a few times,

Going up with your breath,

Going up with your attention.

Breathe out and go down with your attention.

Because you're always connected to the earth,

To the magnificent power of the core of the earth,

All of the light that is coming to us from the universe.

Once you feel the connection,

Come back to your body.

Come back to the attention that you can hold within yourself.

What does your body feel like now?

What colours can you feel?

You have a lot of vibrations in your body,

And vibrations are nothing else but energies,

And they all resemble a colour.

Try to see your own beauty.

Now if you were a flower in this moment,

What colours would you have?

If you were a giant rose,

What colours would your petals be?

See your beauty.

Smell your beauty.

Smell your unique scent.

Share it with creation,

Because your scent is unique.

No one else has it.

Open up your flower as much as you can,

As much as you want.

Open up your heart to this healing moment as much as you can,

As much as you want.

Take some last deep breaths.

Enjoy this moment of peace.

Slowly come back to yourself sitting here.

Have your flower opened or closed in an angle that feels good for you.

Slowly move your body a bit,

Your fingers,

Your toes,

And open your eyes whenever you're ready.

Take a moment to feel your body,

Feel your heartbeat.

You can move your shoulders a bit.

Take this energy,

Take this idea of your inner flower to all of the challenges of your day,

All your dreams at night.

Now if you want,

You can lay down in a comfortable position on your couch,

In your garden,

On your bed,

Wherever you are right now.

Enjoy how your body feels like.

Close your eyes for a second.

You can use this time to talk to your system because you've been working on your energies now,

So it's the perfect time to work on affirmations,

Work on your inner beliefs,

So you can tell yourself whatever you want your system to have.

You can tell it,

I am a successful person.

Whatever I desire is already in me.

I believe in my journey and I open myself up for my soul plan.

Whatever feels right for you,

Use this time to tell it to your system.

Para Choo,

Dear One,

Chichina,

Holy Name,

And when I call on the light of my soul,

I'll come home.

Para Choo,

Dear One,

Chichina,

Holy Name,

And when I call on the light of my soul,

I'll come home.

Para Choo,

Dear One,

Chichina,

Holy Name,

And when I call on the light of my soul,

I'll come home.

Feel your heart.

Give it some love and a greeting.

Slowly come back into a seated position.

Or go to the land of your dreams with a lot of peace from your meditation.

All my love.

Thank you for sharing me.
