It is said that we can have 80,000 thoughts a day - most of which are repeated day in and day out. A dialogue that runs on in the background like a running commentary. Now if your dialogue is mainly positive and confidence boosting then that is great, however in reality we are usually our own worst critiques and we speak to ourselves in a way that we would no other.
