What can the breath teach us today? Lets find out… In this session, you will be guided through a dynamic Breathwork technique that involves a three-part breath pattern. This allows you to dive into the deeper aspects of your being while promoting physical, mental and emotional release. The end result is a feeling of strong connection with your body. The 3-Part Breath involves breathing through the mouth in three stages: filling the belly, expanding the chest, and then exhaling. This rhythmic process shifts consciousness and alters blood chemistry, leading to new perceptions. Unlike other techniques, it can feel more intense due to the discomfort of mouth-breathing, which challenges the brain’s need for control and encourages deeper release.

Let's go on a little journey together,

Welcome to this guided breathing meditation.

In this journey we're going to use our breath and pay attention to what the breath is teaching us.

Find a comfortable position laying down and when you're ready let your eyes gently close.

Place one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest.

For the next little while we're going to practice the three-part breath.

You breathe actively through the mouth,

Two breaths in,

One breath out.

I'll be right here with you.

All you have to do is listen to my guidance.

As we go on this journey together remember you're in control,

You can always slow down your breathing rhythm.

Now slowly arrive,

Take a soft breath through your nose into the belly and exhale out through the mouth.

Soft breath through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Now we start with the three-part breathing practice through the open mouth.

Take a full inhale into the belly,

Up into the chest,

Out through the mouth.

Simply stay with the breath,

Belly,

Chest,

Exhale,

In,

Up,

Out.

This is the breathing pattern.

Stay breathing in this way.

Inhale into the belly,

Up into the chest,

Out through the mouth.

I'll be right here with you,

In,

Up,

Out,

Belly,

Chest,

Release.

Any physical sensations,

Any emotional sensations are normal.

This is part of our practice.

Stay with the breath,

Breathe into the belly,

Into the chest,

All the way out.

Keep going like this,

Full breath into the belly,

Up into the chest,

All the way out.

Get as much air as you can.

What can the breath teach us today?

Let's find out.

Keep going,

Full breath,

Full exhale,

Just keep breathing,
