Welcome to today's breathwork meditation.
Thank you for being here and breathing with me.
I'm very happy to guide you through this journey.
I lead you through an active breathing meditation also known as two stage pranayama.
Please come lying down on your back and get into a comfortable position.
Somewhere where you're undisturbed for the next 15 to 20 minutes.
Slowly begin to close your eyes.
Place your right hand on your belly and your left hand on your heart.
Please take a long deep breath in to your nose and exhale to your mouth.
Feel how your belly is moving.
Feel your heart beat.
I invite you to set an intention for your practice today.
Listen to your body.
How do you feel?
During this breathwork meditation you breathe in and out through your open mouth.
The first breath goes all the way down into your lower belly and the second breath up into your heart.
In this practice we move blocked and stagnant energy through and out of the body and we release strong feelings and emotions.
Conscious breathing is very calming and clearing for your mind.
The process of letting go is an energy cleanse.
Often times we get clarity and insights.
Slowly when you feel ready begin with the practice.
Inhale down to your belly,
Up into your heart and exhale let go and release.
Your mouth is open.
Inhale,

Exhale.
Come from your mind into your body,
Into your heart.
Relax.
Relax your body.
Relax your mind.

Focus you and your breath.
Exhale release.
Breathe out all the frustration,
The worries,
The fear,
The anger,
The sadness.
Breathe it out,
Let it go and breathe in the new energy.
Breathe out everything you don't need anymore.
Create space.
Set your heart free.
Set your soul free.
Just stay open.
Breathe the light,
The love into your heart.
Listen to what your heart is telling you.
Trust your heart,
Follow your heart into its wildest dreams.
Keep on breathing.
Move energy that wants to be moved.
Move energy that needs to be moved.
You are strong,
You can do this.
Trust yourself.
Trust your inner wisdom.
You are supported,
You are safe.
Breathe through the discomfort,
Breathe through the darkness.
Breathe out the love.

Everything is love,
Everywhere is love.

You are swimming in this ocean of pure love.
