Let's allow ourselves for a moment to come back to our true source,

Our true center,

Our inner stillness,

Our inner being.

Let's allow ourselves to gently focus on the rise and fall of the breath,

Being aware if the breath is in the chest or down deep into the tummy.

Inhaling and exhaling slowly with awareness,

Allowing your shoulders to drop a little more away,

Your tongue to come away from the roof of the mouth,

Your eyes to soften and close if you can,

Allowing your hands to soften,

Your fingers to spread a little,

Releasing in the hips and the thighs,

Releasing in the ankles,

Feet and toes,

Releasing,

Letting go,

Softening the body,

Releasing that sense of control and just coming back to the inner calm within you.

Let's focus on the inhale and the exhale a little more now,

Making sure that it's the rise and fall of the stomach,

Not the chest,

Allowing the breath to fill and refuel and the exhale,

Releasing and letting go.

I want you to imagine for a moment that when you inhale,

You're inhaling,

Drawing the energy from the earth,

Not exhaling,

Giving back to the earth,

Visualizing the earth,

The energy of the earth,

The grounding sensation that this gives you and drawing it into you with the inhale and slowly exhaling,

Releasing all back to the earth,

Becoming one with the earth and the earth's energy and the rhythm of earth.

Remembering that the earth has its own frequency,

Its own rhythm and the more we can walk in line with that rhythm,

In tune with that frequency,

The more at peace we can walk the land,

The more at peace we can walk with ourselves.

Breathing in across the earth,

Earth center,

Breathing out,

Letting go.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Visualizing the earth,

Releasing and letting go.

And while we're on this journey of the breath,

Start to wander a little with your thoughts,

Becoming one with my voice and one with the breath,

Allowing yourself to float and drift.

Journeying for a moment across the land and all land,

Travelling across hills and mountains,

Travelling across oceans wide,

Desert sands,

Arctic winds,

Noticing the glorious vista that the earth brings.

Journeying through trees and woods and forests,

Almost as if you are an eagle in the sky,

Travelling across the land,

Seeing homes and houses of all styles and sizes,

Observing nature itself within each area and the movement of ourselves within that.

Drowning seasons upon seasons,

Noticing the changes between the seasons as we travel,

Paying witness to some of the stories that we see below us within these lands.

And as we travel and as we journey,

Feeling deep love for all that there is and all there has been and all there will be.

Using this journey as a reminder of the richness of life for all that it brings and finding beauty in any one thing.

And finally landing in a resting place.

And for you this may be a top of a tree or a fence or a building,

Allowing yourself to land and settle.

And in this landing spot,

This place of stillness,

Taking in all that is around you,

The clouds in the sky,

The breeze,

The movement of nature around you.

Allowing this moment to just be still.

And it could be that within this time,

There is movement around you.

This movement might bring a message for your learning and your growth in this meditation.

So just allow what comes next.

Whether it be the vision of a person or an animal,

A guide or maybe even colour or just stillness.

Whatever comes is meant for you at this time without overthinking it.

Just allowing the experience,

Allowing what comes.

Taking in any details.

Remembering the breeze.

Allowing the moment.

Stillness and calm.

Allowing a moment of peace.

Allowing the moment of peace.

Allowing the moment of peace.

Allowing your self to be in this moment.

Lying back towards yourself in this meditation.

Finally becoming one with yourself again in this moment,

In this time,

In this body.

Knowing that you carry within you the wisdom of all time,

The peace and support of the earth.

Knowing that you can rise above your life to look at it from new perspectives,

To find the richness in all there is.

And just becoming more aware of the breath and the rise and fall of the breath again.

Becoming more aware of the toes and the feet,

The fingers and the hands.

Becoming more aware of your surroundings.

And gently rubbing your hands together if you can.

Keeping your eyes closed.

Placing your hands over your closed eyes.

Breathing here slowly.

I walk in tune with my own rhythm and I am my voice.

Opening your eyes behind your closed hands.

I walk in tune with my own rhythm and I am my voice.

Opening your fingers slightly to allow some of the day or night to come in.

I walk in tune with the rhythm of my life and I am my voice.

And slowly taking your hands away from your face.

I walk in tune with my own rhythm and I am my voice.

And slowly returning now to your day or your night.

Reminding yourself that you walk within your own rhythm of life and you are your voice.
