Let's allow ourselves for a moment to sink a little deeper into the surface below us.

Being aware of our body.

Being aware of letting go a little.

Tuning into our heartbeat.

Tuning into our breath.

Allowing that rise and fall of the breath to start to soothe you.

Slowly closing your eyes.

Feeling your jaw soften.

And allowing a gentle solitude,

A reconnection back to your soul within this space.

Let's bring in the breath through the soles of the feet.

Imagining you're drawing the energy from across the earth and within the earth.

That connection to all things of all times.

Coming across and through into the soles of your feet.

Picturing that breath travelling the body to the top of the head.

And once that breath reaches the top of the head,

Start the exhale and travel back down the body and out through the soles of the feet.

Creating a gentle whole body breath.

An equal energy exchange with life.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Visualising the body as you breathe.

Acknowledging,

Witnessing.

That's right.

Allowing the breath.

Allowing the heart.

Allowing letting go.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And if you wish you can place a hand over your heart.

Feeling the warmth of your hand connecting with the rhythm that is unique to you of your own heartbeat.

Allowing that rhythm and the breath to slow the mind.

To create that sense of calm that is always within us.

You just forget that it's there.

That's right.

Allowing the breath.

And we're going to focus now on releasing feelings of guilt and shame or regret.

And bringing back in your inner power and your inner truth.

So let's travel for a moment.

Let's travel along a pathway.

When you look down your feet are bare.

And the earth under your feet is slightly muddy.

A few stones here and there.

There's grass to the side.

You notice the air.

You notice the sky.

You notice the trees.

You can hear the sound of water up ahead.

You look to the sky and you see birds flying around above the water.

You can just start to make it out between the trees.

They're glistening.

So heading towards this water.

Heading between the trees.

Reaching out.

Touching the trunks if you wish.

Seeing the change in sensation under your feet as you step through the trees.

And coming to the edge of the water.

You notice how fast or slow the water is moving.

Any animals.

Any birds.

Noticing if there are dragonflies flying around.

And you're slowly going to start to step into this water.

Noticing how it feels under your toes and feet.

Change in sensation under your feet.

But also the coolness of the water.

You step a little further.

A little deeper.

You feel your body sort of move and sway a little.

When you look down you can see a reflection of the sky and the water.

You can also see a reflection of yourself.

You bend forward and place your hand in this water.

Creating ripples that alter the reflection.

And here we're just going to breathe in.

I release and let go of all guilt,

Shame,

Remorse and regret.

The highest good of all.

And as you do you notice that from your hands within the water,

Colours appear.

Flowing away from your body.

And with it you start to feel lighter as the guilt,

The shame,

Remorse,

Regret and judgement leave your body.

You did what you did until you knew how to do differently.

And so how can you judge yourself?

How can you hold guilt or shame?

When in that moment or moments or in those times you could not do anything differently for all the reasons,

For all the growth and change that was to come since that time.

And just breathing in again.

And breathing out with a hand in the water.

I release and let go of all guilt,

Shame,

Remorse,

Regret and judgement.

The highest good of all.

And as you breathe,

Feeling that leaving your body,

Allowing the river to take it.

Take it from you,

Clearing you.

Let's do that one more time.

I release and let go of all remorse,

Regret,

Guilt,

Shame and judgement for the highest good of all.

And breathing out and allowing it to take it away.

You notice that the colours gradually become clearer.

You watch now as those waters,

Those colours flow and disappear leaving you in the clear water,

Leaving you lighter,

Freer,

Love filled.

You slowly turn and leave the water,

Step by step,

Breath by breath.

Going back out through the trees,

Touching the trunks as you go.

Noticing the change in sensation under your feet as you walk.

And as you reach the clearing the other side of the trees,

You stand and face the sky.

Opening your heart,

Opening your vulnerability.

And as you do this saying,

I take my power back.

I am worthy and I am true.

I take my power back.

I am worthy and I am true.

I take my power back and I am worthy and I am true.

And as you say this,

A white light comes down filling you,

Going through you,

Around you,

Within you.

The light of oneness,

The light of love.

Allowing that in your body,

Allowing that.

I take my power back.

I am worthy and I am true.

I take my power back.

I am worthy and I am true.

I take my power back.

I am worthy and I am true.

And with a big breath,

You start to walk back down your path,

Feeling within each step the newness of this feeling.

Knowing that you can walk each step from this point forward from a place of forgiveness,

Compassion and love and power.

Stepping down the path,

Seeing yourself ahead of you in this meditation and stopping just in front of you.

Taking the details,

Your face,

Your hair,

Your body,

Your clothes,

Your surroundings.

And just for this moment,

Place deep compassion on yourself,

All that you are and all that you have been.

And with the next breath,

You become one with yourself again.

Being aware of your body.

Being aware of your heartbeat.

Being aware of your breath.

I am worthy and I am true.

I walk with my power.

I am worthy and I am true and I walk with my power.

I am worthy and I am true and I walk with my power.

And slowly placing your hands over your heart,

Reconnecting your heartbeat again.

And whenever you are ready,

Open your eyes or drift to sleep.

Remembering that forgiveness,

That compassion.

Remembering that you are worthy,

That you are true and you can walk with your power.

I am worthy and I am true.

Very helpful. My judgment has lately been poor, and I feel a mix of remorse, shame, and wanting to shrink. But I also value those emotions, appreciating how they remind me to vigilant of my unhelpful tendencies. When too strong, they cripple more than guide me. This practice helped, especially the imagery of hands cleansed by the flowing water.
