This unconventional meditation combines guided relaxation techniques to invite you more fully into yourself followed by extended silence to allow for integration. Towards the end, you will experience gentle drumming (yes, drumming!) and a powerful mantra in order to slowly shake you from the malaise of self-doubt and embody a more confident version of Self. If you aren't ready to experience what is on the other side of "I can't, I'm not enough, it's not possible for me" ... then this mediation isn't for you. If, however, you're yearning for change - rapid, miraculous expansion into the person you were born to be ... then I invite you to journey with me here and now. Welcome to your Trust in Self meditation.

I'm so happy you are here because I know what awaits you on the other side of this unconventional daily practice.

So let's begin.

It's challenging,

Isn't it,

To keep taking steps forward when everything feels so uncertain,

Feeling lost as to which direction to take,

And untrusting of yourself and your capabilities.

Perhaps you've been trying to lean in and hear your inner knowing,

But it's so loud in there with all the self-doubt and chatter.

You don't know whether it's your true guidance or your fear speaking.

Take a deep breath in.

Let it go.

Today is designed to help you move beyond the inner turmoil of uncertainty and into the grounded sense of trust.

Trust in self,

Your direction and the universe.

Imagine how that will feel in your body when you've centered yourself into a place of confident,

Clear,

Knowing.

Ah yes,

Breathing that in for a moment.

There is a part of you who holds the answers,

You know,

Who is wise beyond your years.

Today we're going to tap into that energy,

Connecting with the sacred center of your being so that you can know with absolute certainty you've got this.

This meditation is an active practice.

Trust me,

When repeated often it has the ability to rewire the pathways of your brain,

Soothe your nervous system and raise your vibration.

With that said,

Dear friend,

Let's journey deeper.

If you haven't already done so,

Go ahead and close down your beautiful eyes.

Take your attention now to your breathing.

Just as you've done before,

At your own pace,

Gently lengthen the inhale and draw out the exhale.

Breathing in through the nose and then letting it out through the mouth with an audible sigh.

That's right.

On the next exhale,

Letting go of all of the effort required to bring you to this moment in your day.

Breathing in and out,

Returning your breath to a rhythm that feels natural for you.

Now go ahead and take your attention right down to your feet.

Feel into them for a moment.

I wonder if you can begin to sense the bone structure within the flesh.

Interesting sensation,

Isn't it?

I want you to know that it's okay if your mind wanders during this meditation.

That's a normal part of the process.

When that happens,

Simply notice you're wandering and then gently bring your attention back to your breath,

Back to your body.

That's right.

As you listen to the sound of my voice and notice the sensations in your feet,

You can allow yourself to drop a little deeper now into that which is holding you.

Feel the earth or the chair beneath you.

Supporting you.

Providing the space for you to relax into.

It's a nice feeling,

Isn't it?

Now,

Just as if you could easily shift your focus from that which is holding you to that which is guiding you.

Place your awareness on your heart,

Your physical and mental being.

Place your awareness on your heart,

Your physical beating heart.

Settle here for a moment.

Soften the edges of your mind.

Relax the muscles on your face and begin ever so gently to lean in more fully.

Let your breath be your guide.

Relax into the sensation of your own beating heart.

Don't worry if you can't feel it just yet.

As you repeat this meditation,

Your skill for inner awareness will further develop.

Remember to breathe.

Sensing now into your energetic heart also.

That warm,

Palpable energy beginning to spread across your chest.

You can visualize a color too if this helps.

This is your experience and I trust you will know what is right for you.

Go ahead now and float one hand up to make contact with your heart.

Resting your palm firmly and lovingly against your chest.

Noticing now that with every inhale and exhale you land more fully into your heart space.

That's right.

Imagine if you will,

A spark of knowing igniting there.

In order for that light of trust to continue to expand,

We choose to give it more oxygen.

Today your oxygen is in the form of gratitude.

Go ahead and imagine some of the things that bring you joy.

The things that make you happy,

The things that make you happy,

The things that make you happy.

The things that make you happy,

The things that make you happy,

The things that make you happy.

The things that make you happy,

The things that make you happy.

Go ahead and imagine some of the things that bring you joy.

Really give yourself permission to feel the energy awakening your heart.

Do not overcomplicate this.

It can be as simple as your love for a delicious cup of tea or coffee.

The warmth of the sun upon your skin.

Perhaps a person or a memory that evokes profound feelings of love and happiness or something in between.

There is no right or wrong here.

The key is how it makes you feel.

Continue to call in,

Magnetize,

Stack memories and feelings of things that light you up.

Light you up.

Keep breathing.

Feel the gratitude swell within you as you allow it to move through your body,

Expanding from your heart.

That's right.

You must give yourself over fully to this feeling of gratitude and love.

If you notice resistance rising,

The desire to shut down or avoid,

Simply meet yourself there and then breathe yourself open once again.

Grounding into that which feels true.

You can do that,

You know.

Allow yourself to be deeply moved by the emotion of opening.

You are safe.

Expand the portal of truth that resides at the core of your being,

Deep within your heart.

Fill your entire chest cavity with the light of your own consciousness.

Every breath you take beginning to encompass every aspect of self.

Feeling the edges of your physical body beginning to dissolve now as you extend and expand the glory from your heart out into the world around you.

Breathing in gratitude and joy and breathing out calm,

Clear,

Trust.

Just notice for a moment what that's like for you.

To feel open,

Calm,

Connected,

Trusting.

I want you to know that this is your true north,

Your true inner compass,

Your true state.

This is what resides beneath the events,

The stories,

The pain.

It is from this place you can tap into the guidance,

The wisdom and the trust required to take your next steps in life.

Continue to soften,

Open,

Allow.

Roll out the red carpet for your innermost self.

Allow your pathway inward to present effortlessly.

I'm going to give you a few moments alone in this space now.

Take this time,

Dear friend,

To soak your body and your being in the light of your own glorious consciousness.

If your mind pulls you out of this sensation,

Simply use your breath to guide you home,

Home to the wisdom of your heart and I will call you back when it's time.

Shortly we're going to return but before we do,

Now that we've activated your heart space,

We're going to plant new seeds of truth that will form new pathways in the brain so that you may live with more certainty and trust in your life.

I want you to hear these words as if they were your own.

In this moment I call forward my higher self,

The version of me who has far surpassed the circumstances and stories of my life.

I summon from the depths of my being that which is sacred,

Unshakable and fiercely committed to believing in myself.

Today I choose to set aside the part of me who feels shaky and uncertain of my path.

I choose to put down the stick of judgment,

The one I have so often beat myself with.

I divert my eyes off another's journey in order to focus on my own.

I forgive myself for not getting it right 100% of the time.

I free myself from the need to have the whole picture figured out before taking the next inspired step.

Because in this moment I know the truth,

That I am exactly where I need to be.

This place I'm in is simply another stepping stone.

Deep down I know I have what it takes to move forward,

To create the life that I desire.

For I am worthy.

I am worthy.

Worthy of receiving,

Worthy of being seen,

Worthy of living.

I choose to trust who I am and what I have to contribute to this world,

Even though at times I may not know what that is.

I choose to embody my strengths and waste not another day being swallowed by my weaknesses.

I believe in who I am,

For who I am is a magnificent,

Extraordinary being,

One who is committed to rise as a king or queen in my life.

The universe supports me and is always conspiring to help me receive that which I need.

My journey ahead is paved in light because that's the lens I choose to look through.

I am the master of my destiny and today I claim my rightful place upon the throne that is my truth.

I am enough.

And so it is.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and releasing out through the mouth with an audible yes.

Allow those words to continue to permeate through every inch of your being.

May you sit with this for as long as you need to today.

Allow the vibration to soak into your spirit.

Repeat this meditation often to program new pathways of self-belief in your brain.

When you are ready,

Dear friend,

Gently bring some movement back into your body.

Bring your palms to meet your heart center and gently bow your head in honor of the light within you.

As we re-enter this space,

Gently becoming aware of the sounds around you.

Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes now.

Releasing your hands and stretching out any part of you that needs it,

That wants to expand.

Quietly notice the shift in your energy as you have occupied more fully the seat of your soul.

Fluttering open your eyes.

Just noticing how you see the world around you.

Fluttering open your eyes.

Just noticing how you see with much more clarity and precision.

Feel the calm,

Grounded power you've now activated at the center of your being.

Allow yourself to be guided forward from this place.

For it will not lead you astray.
