Good morning,

Friends.

We're going to start in a position that feels supportive for your body,

Either lying down or sitting upright,

Whatever position that allows you to meet yourself.

If it feels safe for you,

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a long,

Expanded breath out through your mouth.

Let that sigh signal you to be nowhere else but here.

Think of each breath as a stepping stone towards a greater journey.

Often,

We find ourselves chasing short,

Immediate rewards that we don't allow ourselves to slow down and plant roots for more meaningful,

Valuable impact.

The day you plant your seeds is not the day you eat the fruit.

Sometimes,

Our slow lessons are the valuable ones that teach us discipline,

Patience,

Persistence.

It's these moments that build our character,

Allow us to slow down,

And it makes the fruit that much sweeter.

Think of all the moments you ignited a spark that led to amazing,

Beautiful flames.

You may not have seen it or felt it in the moment,

But over time,

Your consistent micro-actions compound.

The seeds turn to fruit,

The ripples turn to waves,

Flickers turn to beams of light.

Think of all the small habits that you create today that will inch you closer to your bigger goals.

Whether it's building towards your dream job,

Cultivating stronger bonds with your family and friends,

Or striving for a healthier relationship with yourself.

Take your time aligning yourself.

Allow your energy and attention to be towards your greater goal.

Ask yourself,

How does this action lead towards my dreams?

How can this small change lead to a bigger transition?

You may not see it today or tomorrow,

But over time,

These slow lessons allow you to be present and intentional in all of your small daily habits.

They teach you about self-discipline.

They empower strength towards your bigger passions.

They're training our minds to not rely on short-term rewards.

These slow lessons can feel challenging,

Quiet,

And create self-doubt.

But those who can see how these tiny strokes of paint lead to a bigger picture are the ones truly aligning with their higher selves.

So whether it's this moment here with me,

Breathing through your thoughts,

Or when you're moving about your day,

Let this be a reminder that it's okay to not be at the immediate place you hoped for.

All these slow lessons are inching you to something great.

Take one final breath in,

And a slow,

Steady breath out.

When you're ready to return,

Slowly and gently open your eyes.

Thank you.
