This meditation is for those moments where you are experiencing some kind of discomfort – whether that be in your body, or a certain pattern you are witnessing in your life. Often times, when we are met with uncomfortable situations, our first inclination is to run away, to try to fix the problem as quickly as we can. Yet, in avoiding what is before us, we can often prolong the very thing we wish to get away from. In this meditation, you’ll be guided through a visualization to sit with your discomfort and uncover what it has to say. In the space that’s left behind, we create an opening for solutions to reveal themselves, so we may move forwards with greater clarity and peace of mind.
