This is a 16-minute-long contemplative guided meditation on Nondual experience. Metaphors are used to demonstrate the usual dualistic tendency of the mind, and the constant change one experiences to point towards what is beyond the duality, and beyond all the changes. I hope it is helpful.

Hello,

I am Mahit and welcome to this mindfulness meditation.

Today we will be meditating on non-dual awareness.

To understand non-duality,

We must understand the separation created by our mind in the experiences.

We have during the day.

The more you understand how the mind has a tendency to break things or experiences or events or any phenomena into cause and effect,

Relationship,

The duality persists.

The moment we let go of this duality of cause and effect,

We are able to see or feel the singularity,

The oneness that exists in all things and all phenomena.

So instead of looking at the why,

We look at what is happening right now.

The long pauses between the sounds are pointers towards the all-permanent silence.

And the small insights that we have between the constantly going on thinking process and the Like the waves on the ocean make no difference to the depths.

Similarly,

The sounds make no changes to the silence underneath.

Like the clouds make no difference to the infinite sky on top.

The thoughts and feelings make no changes to the awareness that lies beyond these experiences.

The more you understand these metaphorical pointers,

The more you know your own true nature.

The mind can go on and on giving you thoughts and feelings and emotions and memories,

Imaginations of the future,

Or repetition of the past.

But the simple groundedness of the present moment can bring you back to your own true nature,

To the reality that has no cause and effect,

That has no beginning,

No end.

Like the space,

The sky,

The silence.

They are ever-present,

Permanent,

Changeless.

The witness in you perceives the changes that are happening in the mind,

In the body,

Through thoughts,

Emotions,

And sensations.

Without changing itself,

Be that witness,

Be that changeless awareness.

Only thoughts can cause more thoughts.

Emotions cause more emotions.

Waves cause more waves.

Ripples cause more ripples.

The awareness,

The space,

The silence have no causality.

Meditate on that.

Identify with that.

And be that in your practice.

It is the mind that requires practice.

It is the mind that requires remembrance of the true nature.

The awareness is already perfect,

Is already full.

It needs no practice,

Needs no change.

It is simply here at all times.

And on that note,

Remember who you are.

Remember what you are.

There is no end to the why.

The more you ask why,

The more answers you'll get.

The more you stay in the cause and effect.

Come out of that.

Come out of the cycle of past and future.

Come out of the dualities.

And see the non-dual presence that you are.

Beyond space and beyond time.

Beyond words and descriptions.

Beyond understanding,

Comprehension and definitions.

Beyond the mind itself.

I hope you rest in this trueness.

And I hope you remember to identify with who you truly are.

Have a wonderful rest of your day.
