We start to just welcome the silence.

That means just doing nothing,

Putting our focus to the outer silence.

Feel the silence.

Feel the silence like a calming,

Powerful energy that's starting to touch your physical body,

Your emotional body,

And your mental body.

On every level the silence is coming to you.

And breathe it in,

Enjoy it,

Welcome it,

Immerse yourself in it.

And you're listening to my words with the part of you that already has this knowledge.

You know all this stuff,

What I'm saying,

And I want that part of you to hear me.

Listen with the truth that is already inside of you.

When you listen from that place,

You become like a sponge that is absorbing water,

And you become full.

These words fill your heart,

They fill your mind,

They release things from you.

Just hearing the words affects you on a very deep level.

That's the way to be in this meditation.

I don't want you to analyze.

Try to be more listening from this deeper place,

And see if you can receive anything that will make you feel absolutely powerful and amazing and peaceful and loving and happy.

Get the day,

The week,

The month,

The year.

Just try to get this out of your focus.

Even the future,

What's going to happen after this meeting,

What are you going to do?

Let that go and just be very simple.

Just sitting here,

Listening to the silence,

Feeling the silence,

Loving,

Loving the silence.

It's food for your soul.

We have to make a lot of effort in the daily life.

Do this,

Do that.

Here you don't have to make any effort.

The more effortless you are,

The quicker the way.

You want to be just as open and as effortless as possible.

You don't have to try meditation.

It's not about trying to do something.

Just let it happen,

Effortlessly and spontaneously.

I want you to be more busy with what you're feeling than what you're thinking.

Feelings can only be two.

You can either feel good or bad.

Of course,

There's different degrees of this,

But it's very simple.

You're either feeling somehow relaxed,

Somehow good,

Somehow positive,

Or you're feeling tense,

Irritated,

Skeptical.

I just want you to try to shift for yourself,

Not for me,

To shift always throughout this whole process to more positive feelings,

More positive feelings,

More relaxation,

More easiness,

More flow,

More kindness,

More love,

More innocence,

More clarity.

And this you can do.

This is in your hands.

For yourself.

Go deeper to feeling good now,

To feeling more relaxed now,

To being more open now.

I want you to smile.

This is a very simple technique that we use in the Love Silence meditation,

And it does work.

It's difficult to smile and feel uncomfortable or unhappy.

You can try it right now.

It immediately loosens everything and gives positive feelings to you.

It's a very gentle smile,

But I want you to feel that smile.

And I'm going to keep reminding you throughout the whole meditation to come back to smiling and to really connect with the energy of smiling.

Again,

Surrender to the silence.

The silence has to go through the heart and touch you more on an emotional level.

This inner world is the only thing we can actually control in this world.

We can't control what other people think,

What other people feel,

What they don't think,

What they don't feel.

But we can and have control over our imagination,

Our heart,

And our mind.

And to learn to access full control of these elements,

You have to enter the heart.

And it's a very gentle,

Loving,

Kind process which happens in the moment.

Right now,

You allow.

Don't forget to smile.

And you really want to feel that smile.

I just want to tell you that your body produces happy drugs.

So you smile and you get happy,

Natural high.

Feel free to move a little bit without making noise.

Your shoulders,

Your hands.

So I want you to be in a wave energy,

A flow in the physical body.

So you're not sitting there stiff,

Tense.

No,

It's a soft,

Very soft,

Floaty feeling.

It's almost like you are not in your physical body.

It's almost like your presence is bigger and therefore your body feels very light,

Very soft,

Very energetic.

Meditation is all about energy.

Get as much out of your head as possible.

See if you feel anything energetically.

And we're receiving the silence.

I want you to be like an empty cup and the silence is pouring into you and it's filling your cup.

It's filling you.

It's filling you on an energy level.

It's filling your head.

Let the silence into your head.

Feel it with every part of your being.

And you're allowing yourself to sink deeper into this moment because it just feels good,

Just feels right to say,

I surrender to this moment.

To just feel the power of the now.

Your face should be soft,

A calm,

Happy face.

So put your focus on your face right now and I want your jaw to relax.

I want your eyes to soften.

Bring your face into a more open kind face,

Smiling face.

When your face feels this more soft and open,

Push that feeling into the rest of your physical body.

Get this more soft,

Open,

Warm,

Light feeling to your shoulders,

To your arms,

All the way down to your feet.

Just more light,

More ease,

More comfort.

In each moment that passes,

You're getting a little more comfortable in your own skin.

You're creating more space for positivity in every part of your being.

With each minute that passes,

You're filled up with more light,

More joy,

More ease.

And it's just happening naturally,

Effortlessly.

You're just allowing it to happen.

You're just surrendering to it.

With your presence,

Fill up this room.

Who you are is now filling every corner of this room.

And when you can break your imagination barrier,

It fills the whole universe.

So it spreads out of this room,

Through these walls,

Touching the further star in the galaxy.

It's that expansive.

It's that amazingly endless and limitless.

And really shifting to feel yourself as pure energy.

Flowing into the moment,

Deeper and deeper into this present moment,

You allow yourself to be effortlessly,

Easily.

And at the same time you're sitting here in your chair,

You're conscious of everything around you.

The trees,

The forests,

The rivers,

The people,

The whole world is connected to you.

At the same time you are in the world,

The world is inside of you.

And this is a spiritual connection.

This gives compassion.

This gives understanding when you broaden your perspective of you,

When you isn't just the body sitting here.

See if you can let that in,

Connect with that idea that you is connected to everything in the universe.

Because you're made of the same stuff as everything else around you.

You're made of energy,

You're pure energy.

And you can call that energy soul,

Source,

God,

Spirit,

Light,

Whatever name you want to label it.

But it's formless and it is nameless.

You have to experience it,

To know it,

To be it.

This last moment,

We're going to end the session very soon.

So really enjoy these last moments.

And this last smile that you give to the silence,

Smile into your challenge.

Whatever your challenge may be,

Just smile into the challenge.

And your whole being remains completely soft,

Curious,

Open,

Ready for the adventure,

Whatever that adventure may be.

And the bigger the challenge,

The more you smile.

Allow this session to go on working inside of you,

Way after it's ended.

And try to stay as soft and as quiet as possible.

Try to remain in stillness,

In softness,

In kindness and love to yourself and others.

Take as much time as you want to come back to the open eyes.
