Here you are in this moment to acknowledge that you are here despite everything you're feeling.
Please take this very moment to acknowledge that you are here because of everything you're feeling.
And with this being said,
Taking a deep breath into the belly,
Exhaling it out with a ha sound,
Two more deeply inhaling to exhale with a ha sound,
And one more.
Whether you're seated or laying down or otherwise positioned,
I invite you to wiggle your body ever so gently,
Arms,
Legs,
Hands and feet,
Maybe even the head and neck a little,
Bringing in the torso as well if you feel called.
And focusing here on long exhales.
No matter how short or long your inhales may be,
Let your awareness reside in your exhales.
Your body is still wiggling,
Moving gently.
Maybe even a little more than just softly moving.
What your body needs,
As long as it is comfortable and you are free to move with the space to move,
Move and be aware,
Feel those exhales.
May the inhales come in whatever way they need to come.
As you focus on the long drawn exhales,
At times still making that ha sound when you exhale,
Giving yourself this tool in a sense to let go of stagnant energy,
Emotions no longer serving and the sensations that come in an anxious state.
Letting your emotions shift as they need to shift,
If they're now ceasing to exist and you're returning to stillness,
So be it,
Or you may continue to move.
Feel what you need rather than letting your mind tell you what you need and exhale.
This is your freedom within the exhale,
Making it as long and deep as you need it,
Freely choosing how deep this exhale needs to be to dispel some more tension,
Anxiety,
Stress,
Thoughts,
Whatever it may be.
Remember that the inhales come naturally as they need to and want to,
And your awareness continues to reside within your exhales.
Each time the mind may take you back into a state of anxiety or deepening the state,
Remember,
Recall your exhale and how it can take you back into this breath out of the state,
Even if it is for just a moment.
Exhaling with purpose,
Ah,
The inhales come ever so naturally and the exhales are yours to draw out.
Here you have the control,
Taking charge over this state of anxiousness.
Let yourself feel the depth of your exhales.
Allow yourself to sense,
No matter how subtle,
The calm that the exhales bring,
And when the mind once more takes you away,
Place purpose into your next exhale,
Making it a deep one,
Returning to this breath,
Feeling,
Feeling,
No judgment needed.
Air so naturally enters you through the inhale and the exhale is driven by purpose,
By you,
Using the exhale for relief,
Deepening the relief as you deepen,
Breathing out.
Here you have the opportunity to check in with your whole body,
Sensing if there is a need to change positions,
For instance,
From sitting to laying down,
Vice versa,
Or just shifting wherever you are,
Just a little,
Adjusting your level of comfort.
How can you become a little more comfortable now?
Even if that means to do nothing at all,
Change nothing,
You are in control,
And once more,
Without spending too much time entertaining the mind and its many thoughts,
Bring purpose back into your exhale,
Breathing out,
Relief,
Depth,
Freeing yourself,
And please know that if you experience any lightheadedness at any time,
This is your body beautifully self-regulating,
Adjusting,
And then you may adjust the depth of your breathing,
Of your exhales,
In whatever way you feel you need to manage the lightheadedness,
It is your beautiful body playing its role in moving out of the state of anxiety,
Anxiousness,
Letting you step into calm,
Into a calmer state,
And so please,
Once more,
Make the next exhale as deep as you need it,
Letting it liberate,
The inhales come naturally,
In whatever way and form,
And the exhales are yours to liberate and dispel,
To expel all that no longer serves,
Exhaling all the old,
And each time the mind returns with mental activity,
Take it as an invitation to make the next exhale deep and meaningful once again,
Riding along with this exhale,
Feeling,
Feeling,
No judgment needed,
Sensing the sensations that this way of breathing is instilling within your whole body,
Gently calming your whole being,
Little by so little,
And so the next exhale we make deep and meaningful again,
At this time here and now,
You have the opportunity to get a sense for yourself,
If you would like to continue to breathe in this way,
Keeping your awareness on a purpose-driven exhale,
Or allowing your breath,
Both in and exhales,
Return to a natural rhythm,
And then remaining,
Being in the residue from all this,
Explore,
Feel what you need,
And then continue as it serves you best from here on out,
Either way breath remains with you,
As it always does,
The keeper of life,
Help,
Balance,
And calm,
The source of your inner beauty,
Power,
Strength,
And peace,
Now and here,
Breathing in whatever way that all there is for you to do in this sense,
Is to feel free from judgment,
Feeling yourself here,
And here,
And here,
And here,
And here,
And here,
And
