Breast massage for self-love and body love.
You'll want to do this practice on bare skin and have your coconut oil or whatever lotion you're using,
Oil is best on hand.
Doing this practice sitting up will give you the best access to your breast.
So just coming into seated meditation or in a chair with your feet on the floor.
I'll invite you to bring your hands to softly cup your breasts in this moment.
And take a deep breath down into your belly and let it out with a sigh,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Your mouth and two more times,
Deep breaths down into your belly,
Letting them out with some noise and place your attention on your breasts now and feel into them for a few moments.
And as you do so,
Name out loud any sensations you feel there.
Words like heavy,
Airy,
Hot,
Cold,
Tingling,
Sharp,
Diffuse,
Tight,
Soft.
These are sensations you're feeling from the inside of your body in your breasts.
Now come into contact with any thoughts you're having in this moment.
You might be fully immersed in the sensation.
You might be thinking about something far off in the future or in the past.
You might be having resistance to the practice,
Whatever it is,
Just acknowledging,
Saying hello to your thoughts and feeling for the emotion underneath.
Now warm the oil in the palm of your hands,
Rubbing them together and apply it to your breasts slowly,
Just spreading the oil around for now,
Gently,
Slowly.
And slow is really important right now.
We're really rewiring your system and your breasts to know that touch can be at their own pace,
That it can be safe and comforting.
And we'll start the massage on the outside of the breasts with the pads of your fingers or palms of your hands.
So you'll start at the top outermost corner of the breast,
Near the armpit,
And move down the outside of the breast underneath,
Up the inside and back around again.
So we're making a circle outward.
Keep going in slow circles and start to match your breath.
So you're exhaling as you move down the outside of the breast.
Coming around and inhaling as you move up the center.
Focus on your breath and on any sensations that come up as you circle your breasts with both of your hands,
Both breasts,
Down on the outside,
Up on the inside.
Down on the outside,
Up on the inside.
This is a direction of release.
So bringing in whatever you'd like to release from the breasts,
Any negativity,
Any judgments you've had about your breasts,
Any judgment from other people,
Negative experiences with other people,
Touching them,
Talking about them.
And imagine that energy,
That negative energy stored in the breasts draining from your breasts,
Down your central channel,
Through the root and into the earth where it can be recycled as the mother sees fit.
Allowing any emotions to come up here,
It's okay to cry,
To feel grief.
And in fact,
If you do come into contact with immense sadness here,
Taking a deep breath through the nose and exhaling with a hiss.
So some of the energy of the grief could ride out through the breath again,
Inhaling deep into the belly,
Into the breasts,
Expanding through the heart chakra,
Exhaling,
Ssss,
Allowing that grief to move.
Now let's switch directions.
First we went down on the outside.
Now we're going to go up on the outside,
Starting at that bottom corner of the breast on the outside,
Moving up the outside,
Around the top,
And down on the inside.
Sinking your breath with this direction,
Inhaling as you move your hand up on the outside,
And exhaling as you move down on the inside.
This is the energizing direction.
This is where you can call in what you desire,
Focusing on love,
Acceptance,
Knowing your own beauty,
And nourishing your inner self.
Love,
Acceptance,
Knowing your own beauty,
And nourishment as you massage in this direction.
As you massage,
Really feeling into your breasts,
Being with all the emotions that show up,
There might be a little bit of a change in your mind,
Or a change in your mind,
Or a change in your mind,
Or a change in your mind,
And you're moving up.
There might be joy,
There might be excitement,
There might be arousal,
There might be numbness,
Anger,
Sorrow.
It's all valid,
It all makes sense.
We're practicing being with the sensations and feelings,
Releasing them through the central channel,
And infusing this area with love.
And coming to a close,
And stop and cup the breasts,
And cup them firmly,
And then stop and cup them firmly.
And stop and cup the breasts.
Cup them firmly in a comfortable way and give them a good gentle shake.
Shaking the breasts,
Shaking it out,
This stimulates lymph production,
Helps us drain toxins.
Just shaking,
Perhaps bringing a smile to your face,
Beaming an inner smile toward the breasts,
The nipples,
Thanking them,
Thanking yourself,
And coming to a close.
