Namaste and Enchanté.
Welcome to this reflection on listening to and healing your heart.
I invite you to find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and if you want you can put your hand over your heart for a few seconds to feel the vibration of your divine existence.
There is no need to do anything,
Just breathe naturally and become one with your inner being.
Let your emotions emerge freely.
Let your heart guide you through this beautiful inner journey.
In everyday life we need strength.
Crises and difficulties increase daily and dealing with them becomes more challenging.
To cope with any form of negativity we need to be strong internally.
We need to be strong but not hard.
We need to be patient but not passive.
Spiritual strength comes from a light heart.
It comes from respecting myself and others,
No matter who they are and what they have done to me.
That respect is expressed through kindness.
Like the kindness of a tree,
The tree is strong yet it gives shade and fruit to everyone.
Without choosing who deserves the best fruit it has to offer,
The tree simply gives to whoever is in need.
What innate quality have you been hiding from the world?
Maybe it's forgiveness,
Love,
Peace.
Maybe it's your benevolence or compassion.
Whatever it is,
Let that quality flow through every cell in your body now.
What does your heart have to say to you?
Be open and listen to it fully.
What else does your heart want to say to you?
When you choose compassion and forgiveness,
You choose self-respect.
Forgiveness is not for others,
It's for yourself.
By forgiving you free yourself from all the toxic meaning associated with that event.
After all,
What others do is their karma.
The way you respond is yours.
Your heart is light when you give freedom to others to act as they wish.
Your heart is light when you abandon victimization and choose to be the peacemaker.
Your emotional freedom deserves a chance.
Feel the power of empathy as you tune into the reality of others' hearts.
They are also suffering.
They are also evolving in their own time.
They are also doing their best.
How can you express your compassion for them?
When you are kind to yourself,
You create something new.
You don't focus on mistakes.
And you don't resonate with the comfort of blame.
In your own time,
Open your eyes and breathe in the fresh air of awareness.
Return to your day with an open mind and take with you the wisdom of a kind and compassionate heart.
Thank you for meditating with me today.
Namaste and Enchanté.
