All day I have listened to meditation recordings, music, talks, and popped in and out of live sessions. This music and song helped me feel so validated and understood in my grief for my estranged father. He recently completed suicide by intentionally overdosing on his poison of the hour. The pain and inability to comprehend... meditation and mindfulness have been so incredibly healing and helpful in managing these things. Today, tonight, on Christmas Eve, only another soul who knows this deep and overwhelming pain could reach me. I am so sorry for whatever you had to go through to have this pain resonate... thank you for your outstretched, weary hand. ❤️‍🩹😔
