Hello,

My name is Lee Anderson and welcome to this special meditation.

It's a guided meditation for balance,

Release and personal renewal.

And I call it the Circle of Renewal.

So I'm honoured to guide you on this journey.

It's a journey inward toward grounding,

Clarity and emotional renewal.

When we see a circle,

Whether in nature,

A ritual or reflection,

We intuitively understand its meaning.

A circle represents unity,

Wholeness,

Completeness.

So with this meditation,

The circle becomes our sacred space.

A space for healing,

Connection and coming home to yourself.

So let's arrive in stillness and begin by finding a comfortable position.

One you can maintain with ease.

So you might like to be seated or prefer lying down.

Even have cushions supporting you.

However you're positioned,

Know that this time is for you.

And you can close your eyes if that feels right.

Or simply soften your gaze.

Notice a deep breath coming in.

And gently exhale.

Letting your shoulders drop.

Your jaw soften.

And your thoughts begin to settle.

So there's nothing now to fix or to force.

Just be here.

Be you.

And now this time as we breathe in,

We're going to slowly count to four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And as the breath gently turns around,

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale.

Two,

Three,

Four.

And you might like to repeat this a few more times,

Just at your own pace.

So you can extend the breaths and the timing out longer if you choose.

And notice if the mind begins to wander.

Gently guide your awareness back to the rhythm of your breath.

Or maybe you can anchor your focus into some words like relaxation on the inhale.

And releasing tension on the exhale.

And our meditation invites us now to visualize light and assist us with letting go.

So picture a glowing full circle of light above you.

It may appear as a soft lantern,

A luminous orb or a gentle moonlight.

This is the light of renewal.

Pure,

Warm and wise.

Feel its light cascading over you like a soft waterfall of energy flowing over your head and shoulders,

Down your arms and chest and all the way through your body.

Let this light clear what you no longer need to carry.

And keeping on breathing,

Inhaling peace,

Exhaling heaviness.

Inhale light.

Exhale release.

And as you're breathing,

Remain steady and gentle.

You may like to turn your right palm upward,

Symbolizing being open to receiving.

And your left palm can be turned down,

Offering release.

Then you visualize the breath and the energy flowing in through the right side of your body,

Up your arm,

Into your heart.

And then flowing out through the left arm and hand.

A continuous flow.

A cycle.

A circle of renewal.

And let's now connect to the earth and self.

So bring your attention to your base.

It may be your feet,

Your hips,

Your lower spine.

And then imagine deep roots extending from your body into the earth.

With each breath you feel more grounded,

More connected.

And the earth supports you,

Nourishes you,

Steadies you.

With your next deep breath in,

Feel your inner fire gently reignite.

This is the fire of self-trust,

Of resilience,

Of knowing.

And as the old begins to fall away,

Notice what it feels like to become lighter.

To be more you.

To be more you.

And let's now invite in forgiveness and emotional renewal.

In this safe space,

You are invited to gently release anything that no longer serves your highest good.

So it could be past burdens,

Old thoughts,

Emotional patterns,

Habits,

Or tension.

If someone comes to mind,

Perhaps someone you are ready to forgive,

Or even yourself,

Imagine them gently floating outside your energy field.

And now offer them the ancient healing words of release.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

Feel these words vibrate through you.

And we can repeat them again,

Softly or silently.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

With love,

Release.

And with breath,

Let go.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are healing.

You are loving.

And now we invite in a sense of gratitude to experience wholeness.

So bring to mind someone,

Something,

Or some moment that fills your heart.

It might be simple,

A friend,

A memory,

Or a quiet sunrise.

Breathe in that feeling of appreciation.

Let it expand through your heart,

Through your body,

And into the space around you.

Gratitude anchors us in presence.

It's the golden thread that connects us to joy,

No matter what has come before.

So breathe in gratitude.

Breathe out love.

Breathe in balance.

And breathe out harmony.

And now just returning a little closer to the present.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body and feel the support beneath you.

Notice the breath moving through you.

And if you've been lying down,

Gently return to a seated position.

Place one or both hands over your heart and take a breath into this space.

Feel this energy you've gathered and the peace you've created.

This is yours.

It belongs to you.

Take it with you.

Before we close,

I invite you to whisper a blessing of loving kindness.

First for yourself,

And then for others.

It goes like this.

May I live with peace.

May I live with balance and harmony.

May I live with happiness.

And now extend this wish outward,

Maybe to your loved ones,

To your community,

Out to the world.

May all beings live with peace.

May all beings live with balance and harmony.

And may all beings live with happiness.

Thank you for sharing this space with me.

Your energy,

Your presence and your willingness to pause and go within.

It's beautiful and powerful.

So please feel free to journal and reflect or simply rest in stillness.

You might feel inspired to share or you might simply wish to sit with what's arisen.

Trust your rhythm.

And do remember,

Not everyone will be ready for your renewed energy.

But you are.

And that's what matters most.

Namaste.

Namaste.
