This short meditation and practice is around the cultivation of kindness and self-awareness back to the self.

This will be a really short meditation that will have a mantra around kind intention and kindness back to yourself.

It will then finish after a short bell with a call to action for the day.

So it's not your traditional meditation.

There's a short sit within this meditation and then there's a reflective piece to take with you for the day.

So I hope you'll like it.

But now just finding yourself a position that's going to allow you to cultivate some self-kindness and some self-love back to you,

Whether that's on a stool or a cushion or a seat,

That's completely up to you.

Just gently closing the eyes if that works for you.

Just allowing the jaw to be soft,

Shoulders relaxed.

Just taking a moment to be with this moment and be okay with just being here and giving yourself this short amount of time,

Which is really precious and important for yourself.

Making any adjustments or needs that you may need to make to allow yourself to be open,

To give yourself some love,

Some kindness back to yourself.

Because you do matter a great deal and this practice is important for yourself and for how you show up in the day.

We'll begin with a short mantra,

Just repeating the mantra as you hear it.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be in harmony.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be in harmony.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be in harmony.

Continuing that mantra to yourself for a moment.

Now just taking a moment to expand the mantra out a little.

May I be happy.

May I experience joy.

May I allow myself to smile.

May I be healthy.

May I heal.

May I allow myself the space to be healed.

May I be in harmony.

May I be connected to my mind,

My body,

My spirit and this planet.

May I be content.

May I be happy.

May I laugh.

May I experience joy.

May I be healthy.

May I heal.

May I allow the space for myself to be healed.

May I be in harmony.

May I be connected to my mind,

My body,

My spirit and the planet.

May I be content.

May I be happy.

May I laugh.

May I experience joy.

May I be healthy.

May I heal.

And allow the space to be healed.

May I be in harmony.

May I be connected to my mind,

My body,

My spirit and the planet.

May I be content.

May I be happy.

May I laugh.

May I experience joy.

May I be healthy.

May I heal and allow myself to be healed.

May I be in harmony.

May I be connected to my mind,

My body and my spirit.

May I be content.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be in harmony.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I be in harmony.

With your eyes still shut if you like.

If you like to open them,

That's completely fine.

Reflecting a little bit on today.

And how you can practice to be happier.

To bring happiness in your life.

Perhaps it's around creating some space to be happy.

Perhaps it's around doing something that brings happiness and joy to you.

Thinking about a way that happiness can frequent your day today.

What can you do for your body to be healthy?

What can you do for your mind to be healthy?

What could you do for the planet to be healthy today?

How can you bring greater amount of harmony into your life today?

Perhaps it's a task that's been playing on your mind for a while that you could finish.

Perhaps it's the practice of reflection,

Of gratitude and letting go.

To things that maybe you've been holding on to that have been taking up space and energy.

Allowing yourself a few more minutes to think and reflect on how you can bring the mantra of happiness,

Of health and harmony into your day today.

Thank you.
