Your subconscious will focus your intentions on balancing the immune and the nervous system to promote health and wellness for you. This is a guided hypnosis practice and should be done in a safe space.

Welcome to your anti-epidemic and stress reduction hypnosis session.

When you are ready,

Find yourself a comfortable place to sit down or lie down.

Let your body find a comfortable position and begin to relax.

Let's begin by taking a nice deep breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Continue to breathe with ease.

In this session,

We will convey simple intentions to your subconscious,

To balance your immunity and to regulate your nervous system in order to restore your calmness and peace in your day.

We will invite the highest healing intelligence within you to help you achieve these pure intents.

Focus your intention to heal any discomfort in your body and to let go of any worry and anxiety.

For example,

You may recite in your mind the following,

Please let my highest healing intelligence relieve discomfort on my back.

Or you may say to yourself,

Please let my highest healing intelligence relieve my stress.

It's your subconscious you're talking to.

You can say anything you like,

Anything that benefits the entire being of you.

Now you can think about your intentions for a moment and start to relax.

Take a nice deep breath.

As you breathe,

Notice a feeling of your brain.

Notice the feeling of your brain wave slowing down.

Notice a sensation of drifting,

And floating.

You may hear some noise in the background.

They are unimportant.

Discard them.

Any noise would only deepen your relaxation.

Simply concentrate on my voice or a space between the words.

As you allowed your head to become very relaxed and your eyes comfortably shut,

I'll talk a little about what's coming next as you enter a state of deep,

Deep relaxation.

As you descend into a trance,

A deep,

Deep state of softening and releasing.

You already know how to enter a trance.

You do this every night and you have experience of entering a trance many times during the day.

I'm sure you are familiar with the state of mind when your mind begins to wander as you drive,

As you eat,

As you talk,

As you go about your day.

Your mind slips into thoughts and ideas.

As you're waiting in line,

You begin to daydream.

To daydream about your next vacation,

Previous conversation,

The next meal.

That's right.

That's so natural for your mind to wander and to enter a daydream,

To enter a trance.

Now,

As I talk to you,

As you drift into a deep,

Comfortable state of mind,

You hear my voice coming in and fading away in between words.

You notice your thoughts and ideas entering your mind and quickly disappear as the next one arrives.

Just like when you listen to a lecture or sitting a meeting listening to your co-workers talk,

You will sometimes drift off into a memory,

A daydream,

Or what you're going to say next.

And only later you notice you're not sure if you remember everything that's been said.

When you go into a trance,

You occasionally remember some messages,

Fragments of words,

And forget others.

Everything that's beneficial to your health and wellness will stay in your subconscious,

Will stay in your mind.

Every word that's important to your intention of health and wellness will go into your subconscious as you're entering a deep,

Deep meditative state.

You have your own way of drifting into a dream.

Now you can do just that,

Entering a state of daydreaming.

You become totally absorbed in your thoughts and ideas,

Just like reading a good book as you go deeper and deeper into a trance.

Very good.

As you comfortably enjoy this moment of total relaxation,

You notice your face starts to soften,

To become as smooth as a newborn baby's skin.

Your jaws are nice and loose,

Your eyelids are heavy,

So heavy and so relaxed.

Your breathing may change occasionally,

Or it may settle on a gentle and soft rhythm.

When you inhale,

You breathe in all the good intentions for health and wellness.

When you exhale,

You let go of some toxins and tension.

You notice your neck.

Your neck is relaxing.

You can swallow a few times to relax your throat.

Notice your shoulders.

How are they doing?

Relax your right shoulder,

Down to your shoulder blade.

Totally relax.

Relax your left shoulder,

Down to your shoulder blade.

Relax the muscle between your shoulder blades.

A lot of stress accumulates in this area as the day goes.

Now use your breath to untangle your nerves,

Muscles and all the connective tissues on your back.

All your cells are smooth,

Shiny and useful.

Your spine is getting long and flexible and so relaxed.

Vertebrae by vertebrae,

You let go of stress and tension.

In between,

You relax your back all the way down,

Down to your tailbone and relaxed muscle around your tailbone.

That's right.

Notice how peaceful your heart is.

As you relax your lungs and your chest,

Your heart beats more freely.

Your heart is so free of thoughts.

You are relaxed and alive.

Notice your stomach.

Notice your stomach letting go tension and relaxing.

When your stomach relaxes,

As you go deeper into a trance,

You relax your abdomen.

You let go all the outdated emotions in your abdomen.

When you relax,

Relax your belly,

All the muscles around your pelvis and hip begin to relax.

As they relax and you go deeper,

Your legs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your feet,

The entire lower body relaxes as well.

You feel a little lighter,

Maybe almost floating sensation,

Washing,

Washing over you,

Washing out all the stress from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

To the tips of your fingers.

That's right.

Now take a couple nice,

Deep,

Good quality breaths.

Allow the relaxation sink in deeper and deeper.

Imagine you are sitting by a tall,

Giant tree,

A giant sequoia in the middle of the green grass meadow.

You can lean on the tall and strong tree trunk and look up into the sky.

You see some white,

Fluffy clouds moving casually across the sky.

You may wonder where they are going,

What is up there on the cloud.

You may see some cloud shapes like a giant tree,

A giant sequoia in the middle of a green grass meadow.

Next to the tree trunk,

You wonder,

Is there a person,

A person sitting next to the tree just like you?

Looking up at the sky and that person can see white,

Fluffy clouds moving casually across the sky.

And you wonder,

If the person wonder,

What is up there on a cloud?

If that person sees a cloud shaped like a giant tree,

A giant sequoia in the middle of a green grass meadow,

The person wonders,

If there is a person sitting next to the tree trunk,

Looking up at the cloud,

Moving so very slowly,

Slowly across the big,

Vast sky.

And you wonder,

In the middle of that meadow up there on the cloud,

Is there a giant tree like the one next to you?

Do you wonder,

If there's a person sitting so comfortably next to the tree trunk,

Gazing up at the fluffy white cloud?

And I wonder,

If you are wondering so.

And I wonder,

What is your favorite sound?

Sound of the ocean waves?

Sound of birds?

Sound of wind?

Sound of rain?

What sound relaxes you?

What is the sound that leads you to a peaceful and joyful memory?

You know you can easily recall the sound in your head and let it comfort you every time you close your eyes for a brief moment during your daily activities.

That's right,

Allow your favorite sound,

Play like music,

To relax you and guide you to the most comfortable state,

The most relaxing state of mind.

That's very good.

Now imagine a very lovely day,

Maybe the best day in your life,

And it doesn't have to be a real day.

On the day,

Recall the most beautiful moment.

Where are you?

What are you doing?

Who is with you?

How do you feel?

Maybe you're near the ocean,

The nature,

Or somewhere probably in a city doing something completely ordinary,

Or something special,

Alone or with someone it's all good.

It's your best version of this moment,

And in a moment I will guide you there.

Allow yourself to begin to listen to the joyful sound of every cells of yours in your body.

You remember this moment in life as wonderfully pleasant,

Because every cell of yours feels valuable.

Every cell of yours enjoys the experience together.

Your nervous system is totally balanced at this moment.

So is your immune system completely balanced.

All the DNA in your cells remember the magical moment in your life.

The cellular memory is carried from generation to generation.

Every time your body generates new cells,

Your body remembers.

No matter the beautiful experience is near or far in the past or in your imagination,

Your body remembers the joy of balance and strength.

Right now,

Invite yourself into a time tunnel.

Invite yourself to this wonderful moment that's so special to you.

The time tunnel is very gentle and friendly.

You can walk in,

Float in,

Or swim into the tunnel.

That's all good.

Take your time.

You see there is a beautiful light at the end of the tunnel.

A very gentle and healing light that pulls you slowly toward the opening of the other side.

Now you just arrived.

You're on the other side of this time tunnel.

You're in this special place,

A special moment.

Your body is also in this unique moment.

Your body feels very relaxed and very at home.

Your body recalls this familiar and natural state of being.

Your body remembers now how it balances itself.

You may smell a pleasant scent you like.

Maybe it's citrus.

Perhaps it's fresh,

Sun-dried laundry,

A scent of lavender,

Or nothing at all.

Only a sense of delightful smell may be present.

That's all right.

This memory encourages your body to heal and to balance.

The healing ability within you is like breathing.

It's so natural.

Now imagine yourself as a bird.

You can glide like an eagle or stay in the midair like a hummingbird.

You can follow a large group of migratory birds.

Then the airflow pushes you forward or you can feel the warmth of spring in the wind coming against your face.

Your body is healthy and balanced.

In the delicate cooperation,

Every part of you,

Every organ,

Every tissue,

Every cell,

Every gene thoroughly enjoys this exciting,

Excellent collective balance.

Your immune system is alert but relaxed.

Your circulatory system is lively.

Your lymphatic system is unobstructed,

Flowing smoothly,

And your nervous system is flexibly dancing between action and rest.

There is also digestive system,

Your body's largest immune organ.

It watches over you.

It blocks out all the substance,

Objects,

Bacterias,

And viruses that are harmful or unhelpful to your body.

All foreign objects and harmful things stay far away.

They stay far away from you.

Imagine a thin layer of biological protective film covers your skin and blocks all toxic matters.

Inside and out,

You are entirely protected.

You are perfectly balanced from the inside out.

You feel secure,

Safe,

Strong,

Healthy,

And balanced.

You are balancing between fast and slow.

You're balancing between more and less.

You are balancing between morning and night.

You are balancing between fat and skinny.

You are balancing between worries and free of care.

You are balancing between hot and cold.

You are balancing between busy work and easy rest.

You are balancing between liveliness and solitude.

You're balancing between the past and the future.

Now,

You feel the beauty at this moment.

You feel the beauty of being alive,

And you may see this dance of balance in life as a sense of color.

What is your color of balance?

Every time you close your eyes,

You may see this color of balance reminding your body to come back to its homeostasis,

To its balanced state.

It's so easy,

And it's so natural to your body.

That's right.

Whenever you feel like catching a cold or something,

Your body uses the right resources and energy with its building intelligence to activate behaviors,

To promote health,

To promote wellness.

The highest healing intelligence is the one who heals your wounds countless times in your life.

It cures a paper cut,

And it heals any injuries you have.

It relieves you from emotional trauma as well when you allow it to.

This intelligence now,

And for all the nows,

It catches you when you trip,

And it brings about balance back to your life.

When you wake,

You feel a sense of ease with no hurry,

A moment with peace,

Health,

And wellness.

A lively moment is in every now.

That's very good.

In a moment,

I'll be quiet for a minute.

You can take all the time you need in a minute to remember this feeling of deep relaxation,

And take in your intention to health and wellness into your subconscious to manifest health and wellness in your daily life.

You you you you you in a moment I'll count from one to five to wake you up when you are back to your normal conscious state you will feel refreshed confident healthy and energetic one begin to sense your surroundings to breathing and heart rate and blood pressure returning to normal three take a nice deep breath slowly coming back four you may begin to wiggle your toes move your body and come back to your body come back to here and now five when you're ready anytime you may open your eyes and welcome your day with health and wellness in your intention thank you
