The purpose of this meditation is to assist you in your practice of quietening the mind and letting go of any stresses or worries in order to reconnect you with your true,

Loving and peaceful self.

Let's begin just by nestling your way into what feels like a comfortable position for you.

So this can be sitting up straight or laying down as long as your spine is supported.

Gently close your eyes now.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and a long breath out through your nose.

And really just settle here into your own being.

Begin to invite a little softness into the face.

Relax the jaw.

Soften the eyes and feel your shoulders cascade down away from the ears.

Just let them be heavy.

Guiding your awareness to the natural course of breath flowing in and out of your nose.

Slowly beginning to extend that breath even more now.

Breathing in and breathing out.

With each inhalation that you take,

Feel the belly rise.

And with each exhalation,

Feel the belly sink and hug the spine.

Notice how as you deepen the breath,

Naturally the body starts to soften and relax.

Punch into the simplicity of the breath.

Simply listening to and watching the air move in.

And listening to and watching the air move out.

This sweet flowing breath helps to clear away any interference or tension and to call in a deeper settling.

And as you continue to deepen the breath,

See if you can invite a real sense of spaciousness and clearing to follow each breath in.

And a real sense of softness and letting go to follow each breath out.

Breathing in slowly through your nose.

And breathing out slowly through your nose.

Feel each inhalation permeate air and flow through your nose.

And breathing out slowly through your nose.

Feel each inhalation permeate every cell of your being with fresh prana,

Life force,

Vital energy and nourishing oxygen.

Allow every exhalation to simply wash away any tension or residue perhaps lingering here.

Letting go of anything that does not serve you.

And feeling into the softness of your being.

If you find that your tension slips away from the breath,

Simply return your awareness to it and begin again.

This is your practice.

With each and every breath,

Allow yourself to be drawn deeper into the inner landscape of your being.

Soften into that peaceful,

Tranquil,

Loving part of you.

That space of complete stillness and relaxation.

Enjoy the feeling of a quiet mind and a relaxed body.

Enjoy the feeling of coming home.

Back to your true nature.

As you continue to deepen the breath,

Feel its subtle energy flowing into your body with each inhalation.

And allow each exhalation to draw you deeper and deeper into the space of stillness,

Perfect peace and harmony that resides within you.

Stay centered in this stillness now.

Really linger here in this peace.

Feel the mind spacious,

The body calm and relaxed,

The breath slow and deep.

Feel the body relaxed,

The body calm and relaxed,

The breath slow and deep.

Feel the mind relaxed,

The body calm and relaxed,

The breath slow and deep.

Feel the mind relaxed,

The body calm and relaxed,

The breath slow and deep.

Breathing in,

I create space.

Breathing out,

I let go.

Very slowly and gently bring your awareness back into your body now.

Just allowing the breath to move like silk through the body and experiencing a real cellular satisfaction.

Feeling fully at ease.

Allow these soft sensations of tranquility and peace to continue to linger as you slowly invite a little movement into your fingers and your toes.

And as you bring more energy into the body,

I invite you to remain with your eyes closed and with each gentle movement explore the continuation of that stillness.

Even as your body is in motion,

Allow each motion to arise from that place of stillness within you.

In time you will experience this great peace in every moment.

Take your time now without being in any rush.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Hi. Love to hear you but unfortunately for me anyway the music drowned out your voice. Will try your other meditations. However, thank you for being on here sharing your message. 🙏🦋
