This meditation is Vipassana inspired. You'll be guided to simply be aware of your breathing and scan your awareness over all parts of your body. When you learn to be accepting of what is - without trying to avoid what doesn't feel good or hold onto what does feel good - you allow yourself to become free from suffering + misery. WIth that premise in mind, do your best to sit STILL for the entirety of the meditation, even when powerful sensations arise in the body. They will come. They will go. This is the Law of Impermanence. The same can be said for what feels pleasant. It will shortly pass away as well. They come. They go. The practice is learning to accept what is... without judgement. It is my pleasure to guide you through this Vipassana inspired present moment meditation for grounding, clarity + acceptance of what is.
