Sometimes we are scattered – filled with thoughts and anxiety – especially in times of change or crisis. To find inner stability, safety and trust are crucial. Think of it as if it is always here. Stability in the body, the bones, and the alignment. You just have to put your awareness to it. Give space to your breathing. Breathe into the space within and outside of you. Sit with ease and comfort. Let life flow through you effortlessly.

Welcome dearest.

This is for you to feel safe and secure within yourself.

To find yourself grounded,

Connected to your physical body and its effortless alignment.

Please sit in comfort,

Feet on the ground.

Relax into the space,

Shoulders down on the exhale.

Turn your focus into your feet,

Awareness arriving to the big toe.

Then the pinky toe and then the heel of the foot.

Feel the whole foot.

Feel the connection in the bone,

The connection between the foot,

The bones all the way from the heel to the occipitalis muscle,

That is where the neck meets the skull.

Sense the elongation of the spine.

Imagine your bones as living material,

Perfectly aligned within you,

Connected to each other,

The bones,

Our inner structure,

A connective network of communication.

Now ground yourself through the sit bones,

Steadily tuning inwards.

Make a soft lean forward with your torso,

A movement that arise from the pelvic area.

This is not a big movement,

Just leaning forward so you become even more steady.

Weigh back and forth in small movements and then find your body's alignment,

Head on top,

Neck.

A smooth movement towards the sky with the whole body head first,

An open chest,

An open heart,

And a sense of close relationship between your shoulder blades,

Wide space within your chest,

Space to breathe,

Belly and chest,

Breathe in deeply,

The belly soft and relaxed,

Breathe,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Aligned breathing,

Space to expand the whole body from the bottom to the top,

Breathing in,

Expanding,

Breathing out,

Releasing.

Find your feats again,

With your awareness enter them,

Focusing on the space within the boundaries of the skin,

Spaciousness space inside your feats,

What does it feel like inside?

The vast space inside.

Then focus on the space outside your boundaries,

Outside the skin,

The foot,

The vast space outside your body,

And connect inside your body,

Your legs,

Feel within,

Your body,

Your body,

Feel within,

Inside the boundaries of your skin,

The space,

And so connect to the outside,

Beyond the skin,

What does it feel like,

The space,

Awareness outside of your body,

Turn it inwards again,

Awareness of the space inside your chest and arms and pelvic area,

What does it feel like,

The space within,

There is space within,

Moving with your breath,

Even inside your bones,

There is space,

Space between the cells,

Space between the atoms,

There is space in between,

And the space inside your head,

Right there,

The center of your head,

Connecting,

Sensing the space between the neurons,

Spaciousness within,

And so outside the head,

Ears,

Eyes,

Relax into the wings of creation,

Let yourself surround her to the spaciousness of life,

Within and beyond the boundaries of the physical body,

Let yourself go,

Accept and welcome whatever is,

Is there pain,

Is there thought before the pain,

Is there black,

Is there nothing,

Is there a sense of freedom,

Welcome whatever is,

Welcome the space and the sensations in space,

The feelings in space,

The thoughts in space,

Pure,

Alive,

Fully alive,

Breathe,

Trust life,

Trust your breath,

Lean into the trust of everything,

Even the things you don't trust,

Leave yourself open to the endless awareness,

Stay there,

Focusing,

Again on the three points,

Big toe,

Pinky toe and heel,

Get in touch with the ground,

With your feet,

A very clear physical body,

Sense the space within your skin,

Feel your body as a weight,

Moving towards the earth and the earth moving towards your body,

Align the bones,

The structures of the body,

With a breathing,

Readjust,

Inhale and exhale,

Relax even more into your body,

Into the three points of your feet,

Into your sit bones,

Into your heavy legs,

And into the space within,

Breathing freely,

Worthy of everything,

Chest open,

Breathing through heart,

Heart into the feet,

And up again like a circular movement,

Heart in down to the feet,

Out in and up through the heart,

Down to the face,

Slowly,

Slowly,

Let yourself be aware of your fingertips,

By pulling them all together towards the thumb,

Holding your fingertips,

Releasing them,

And then slowly open your eyes if you had them closed,

And just sense the room around you with your eyes,

Getting close contact with your feet on the ground,

And breathing deeply,

Exhale,

And now slowly awaken yourself to an anchored body and soul.
