Slowly bend your elbows,
Lift your arms and hands so that they are directed towards each other.
As if they were holding the space right in front of your heart,
About two inches apart.
This is your heart space.
This is you holding your heart safe.
With ease and trust.
You welcome whatever comes up,
Whatever sensation or feeling.
You are aware.
You feel it.
Without judgement or thought.
Whenever that goes through your mind,
You release.
Let it go.
And go back to focus.
Focusing on your heart space.
Holding that space.
Breathing in and out.
In and out.
You sit for a while.
This is unraveling the heart.
Your awareness in that space.
Love emerges and flourish.
The knot in the heart is there to be free by you.
When you let it be,
There is only love.
Whatever pain you feel is sensing your aliveness.
Be still.
Breathe.

This vastness,
This space of love.
You breathe your heart.
This is the nourishing kindness of heart,
