This guided meditation will guide you back into groundedness and inner balance. We will journey with the breath and through the chakras. Your energybody will be cleared of blockages. After this meditation, you will feel totally aligned, ready to live your day to day live with peace, balance and connection.

Welcome to this guided meditation for balancing out the chakras,
The energy centers in the body.
In these difficult times,
We can all use a little balance,
Groundedness.
So let's find a comfortable seat where you can ground,
Where you can sit with ease,
A very important,
A straight spine.
So if that means that you have to sit on a chair,
Please do so.
When you've found your seat,
Gently close your eyes and take a moment to make yourself five percent more comfortable so you can surrender into stillness.
Rooting the sitting bones down into the pillow or the ground that supports you.
Allow the lower body to really sink in,
Into the support.
Perhaps feeling the connection with the earth,
Mother Earth beneath you.
Knowing she's always there to carry you,
Guide you,
Support you.
Allow your focus now to shift inwards.
The eyes turn inwards into the midbrain.
Feel your lower body,
Maybe the sides of the feet,
The knees,
Chin bones are pressing into the floor underneath you.
Really feel the sitting bones rooted down into your support.
Surrender to a feeling of support and know that you are safe.
Gently moving up to the face and allow the face to soften.
Let the lines in your forehead melt away.
Your eyes sink heavy in the eye sockets.
Your jaw is relaxed.
Soften the shoulders,
Away from the ears.
Now feeling your whole body soften.
Give yourself permission to let go and relax.
Start observing the natural rhythm of your breath.
Taking a deep breath in all the way into the lower belly,
Into the chest,
Expanding the side ribs.
Breathing in,
In,
In,
In,
In.
Then holding the breath.
Softening the shoulders.
Softening the brain.
And slowly exhale all the air out with a sigh.
Knowing that one more time.
Inhale deeply into the lower belly,
Feeling completely up.
Breathing into the chest,
Expanding the side ribs,
Breathing under the collar bones,
Behind the shoulder blades.
And then at the top of your inhale,
Hold your breath.
Soften the shoulders.
Relax your brain.
And exhale with a sigh.
Returning to your neutral breath.
And with every exhale you sink deeper and deeper.
Deeper and deeper.
Into stillness,
Into softness.
Feel your breath at the top of your head.
And watch the breath flow down your spine all the way to your tailbone.
And watch it fill you back up.
The pelvis,
The belly,
The chest.
Back up to the top of the head.
Watch the breath come out downwards.
Now imagine a personal energy field surrounding your body.
Feel this connection with your energy field.
Seeing the sensations around your whole body.
Your personal energy field.
And imagine how far this energy field may extend from your body.
Now mentally make an intention to clear your personal energy field from negative energy or fear that you pick up over time which isn't yours.
Now imagine yourself being surrounded by a warm golden light and notice how that feels.
A warm golden light surrounding your being.
And become aware of the sounds you're hearing outside the room you're in.
And move from sound to sound.
Allow your breath to move from sound to sound.
Now bring your focus back into the room.
Focus on the sounds inside the room you're in.
Move from sound to sound.
Allow your breath to move from sound to sound.
Now let go of all external sounds and move your awareness inside.
Breathing deeper and deeper into the depth of your being.
Your mind's eye,
Imagine yourself in a comfortable place in nature.
Create the space into being.
This is a space where you feel completely at ease,
Safe and peaceful.
Here you are flooded with feelings of calm and peace,
Love and safety.
With every inhale and exhale you relax more and more deeply.
Exhale rest.
Exhale fear.
Start laying down into this relaxed space.
Just imagining that you're laying down in that comfortable safe space in nature.
Enjoying the space.
Inhale and exhale.
Bathing in the sensation of nature.
Now bring the awareness back to your breath.
Start to breathe a little deeper.
Follow the rhythm of the breath into the low belly,
Into the chest and so on.
Stay connected to the sensations of your breath.
Moving your focus through the space between your eyebrows as you breathe in and out.
As you follow your breath you allow the color red to come to focus.
Stay with your breath as you observe the color red anchoring down at the base of the spine.
Notice the natural flow of breath.
Observing the belly rising and falling.
Seeing the color red at the base of your spine.
Now with every breath notice the color orange coming into focus.
Watch the color orange.
Move in and settle in,
Three fingers below the navel above the color red.
Watch the natural flow of breath.
You are in a state of openness.
Seeing the color orange,
Three fingers below the navel.
Now with every breath begin to notice the color yellow.
Gently settle in the space above the navel.
Feel the peace within you with every breath.
Settling the color yellow above the navel.
As you inhale and exhale you begin to see the color green coming into focus.
Stay connected with your breath as you watch the color green resting in the heart space.
Notice the natural flow of your breath.
Simply observe the breath rising and falling.
Belly rising and falling.
Chest rising and falling.
Color green resting in the heart space.
Now with every inhale notice the color blue.
Notice the color blue settling down in the center of your throat.
Just watch the natural flow of breath in and out.
Allow your body to breathe.
The color blue settling down in the throat.
As you breathe begin to notice the color purple.
The color purple.
Watch the purple color settling the space between your eyebrows.
Exhale and exhale naturally.
Notice the color purple settle in between the eyebrows.
And as you breathe notice a golden color come into focus.
And watch it surround your entire body.
Observe the color gold resting at the crown of the head.
As you breathe in the golden color fills your entire body.
And as you breathe out the golden color surrounds your entire body.
As you breathe in the golden color fills your entire body.
And as you breathe out the golden color surrounds your entire body.
You feel relaxed with every breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Bathing in the golden light.
Nurturing you.
Clearing your energy body.
And gently begin to deepen your breath again into your lower belly.
Allow the golden color to nourish you.
Calm you.
Take a deep breath in the low belly filling completely up,
Middle,
Upper,
Chest,
Side ribs.
And at the top of the inhale you hold the breath again.
Relax the shoulders,
Relax the brain,
Retain the breath.
And then slowly release with a sigh.
Breathing that one more time inhale into the low belly filling completely up.
Breathing into the chest,
Expanding the side ribs and then hold the breath.
Softening the shoulders,
The brain.
And then exhale with a sigh.
Begin to feel your sitting bones rooted down into the pillow or the ground.
Notice your legs touching the floor.
Becoming aware of the whole body feeling rested,
Rejuvenated and calm.
Placing your hands over your heart.
Maybe feel the beating of the heart,
The warmth of the heart.
And thank yourself that you took the time to slow down,
To take care of your mental,
Physical and emotional well-being.
When you feel ready you can gently open up your eyes.
Thank yourself that you took the time for yourself to tune in,
To slow down.
