
Flow From Self Doubt To Self Trust
Your are brilliant, limitless, and full of wisdom but at times we can all doubt the wonderous being we are. We all have moments when we fall into comparing ourselves to others. This meditation is designed to flow you from feelings of worry into unconditional self trust.

Hello,
Soul family and welcome to our meditation today.
I'm so grateful to have this time with you.
I know you have many choices of where to send and spend your energy today.
So knowing that I get to spend just a little bit of time with you is wonderful.
Our meditation today is transforming self-doubt into unconditional self-trust.
Each one of us has moments when we second-guess,
When we compare and when we align with worry and moments when we can forget our brilliance and need a gentle reminder that you are enough.
So this meditation is to help you remember that on this beautiful journey of life you have all the support that you need.
As we begin together today,
Let's take a moment to become nice and comfortable,
Supporting yourself in this moment and taking your time as you align fully to your meditation today.
Once you're ready and you feel all settled in,
We'll begin with our breath.
So gently breathing in and on the out-breath,
Letting go of any resistance for your practice today.
Gently breathing in and gently breathing out,
Letting your body just gently sink into stillness.
And if you haven't done so already,
Just gently closing your eyes,
Creating a longer breath on the inhale and a longer breath on the exhale.
And as you're breathing in nice and deep here,
You can invite your body to let go of any tension or any stress you may be feeling.
Inviting your legs to become nice and soft,
Your right leg and your left leg,
Your right foot and your left foot.
Gently moving to the hips,
The right hip and the left hip,
Letting go of any tension.
And breathing in deeply into your back,
The right side of the back and the left side of the back,
The right shoulder blade and the left shoulder blade.
And let gravity take over completely.
Let it wash over you as you rest and relax your body.
Gently releasing in the shoulders.
So pulling the shoulders down from the ears,
Any weight that you have on your shoulders,
Just gently breathing in,
Letting that weight be released and gently breathing in the words,
I am,
I am.
Bringing these words into your body,
You can remember your foundational essence,
The part of you that is unchanging.
Remembering the same vibrational energy that resides within each living being also resides within you.
Feeling the muscles of the face,
The muscles around the eyes and the cheeks,
The jaw and the lips and the front of the neck.
And as you breathe in here,
Breathe in through the nose and feel that cool healing air enter into your body.
And lovingly moving to the chest,
The right side of the chest and the left side of the chest,
Breathing in the words,
Here,
Now.
Bringing yourself into the present moment and just being here,
Letting go of anything from earlier today or any worries about tomorrow.
Allowing yourself to feel the perfect unfolding of this moment,
Even if this moment is complicated.
Moving to the awareness that life is flowing for your benefit.
Finally softening all the muscles of your arms down into your hands and fingers and breathing in the words,
I am here now.
Taking a nice breath in,
Letting yourself align with your support system that is always available to you.
Knowing you are never alone on this journey.
Opening your heart to feeling this support for yourself today.
Each flower that blooms,
Each drop of rain that falls and every blade of grass that grows is supported and you are no different.
When we flow against the river,
We cling and struggle.
When we place our hand in the river and we try to close our fist,
We cannot grasp anything but when we release and open our hand,
We will experience everything the water has for us.
So breathing in today and on the exhale,
Letting go of anything that's keeping you from trusting your journey.
Knowing the water to just gently change the vibration of your energy today,
We're going to breathe in a few simple mantras.
Taking these words into your heart as a gift for yourself today.
Starting with the words,
I am enough.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am in flow.
I am in flow.
When feeling the vibration of these words,
Breathing in and honoring our own unique path,
We may not always understand why things play out the way they do but the more we cling,
The less we flow.
Right at this very moment,
Someone else out there is doubting,
Forgetting their brilliance and worrying on their own path.
Taking a moment today to gently open our hearts for anyone else who may be struggling or feeling self-doubt and sending out these words and these vibrations.
It can be to a specific person,
Someone close to you or you can send it out to the entire world.
Taking a breath in and sending out,
May you know you are enough.
May you know you are enough.
May you know that you are worthy.
May you know that you are worthy.
And may you flow with ease.
May you flow with ease.
And having gratitude in your heart for having the ability to send this love and vibration out into the universe.
Knowing that our world is a little brighter and a little lighter as you share this energy today.
We are all just trying to find our way.
As we come back to our breath,
Gently breathing in and gently breathing out.
Knowing that we have created an alignment in our body.
An alignment of love and trust for our day today.
And know from my heart to your heart,
I am sending you pure vibrational frequency of support and honoring your journey wherever it is that you find yourself in the world today.
Coming back very slowly from your practice today,
You can continue with your eyes closed,
Breathing in and breathing out.
But if this is the end of your meditation,
I want to thank you for sharing this time with me today.
