Hello and welcome to this meditation.
It's a journey into feeling your power and feeling free.
Congratulations on winning the day one challenge with this meditation.
Over the course of the week,
You will learn tools that will help you get unstuck.
So may this meditation help you remain unstuck,
Focused on your power which is in the present moment.
So if you can sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor or laying down,
Whatever you choose,
Wherever you're most comfortable,
That would be great.
And please make sure you will not be disturbed because this is your time.
So you may also want a pen and paper to write anything down when we are done in case you have an idea or a vision,
Something that comes up.
So let's go ahead and get comfortable.
And we're going to start with a breath to relax our bodies.
Let's take a deep breath in and exhale and make it audible.
Dropping your shoulders,
Rolling out your shoulders and shaking your arms and your hands.
Already feeling the body relaxing.
Let's do that one more time.
Take a breath in and exhale.
Dropping those shoulders,
Rolling out those arms and hands.
Wow,
Just feeling that.
Our breath is our life force.
And we're going to focus on breathing right now with a box breathing technique where you breathe in for four and as you breathe in your belly is going to go out and expand and then on the exhale your belly button will go towards your spine pushing out that breath on your exhalation.
So we're going to do that for four times.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Last time.
Inhale.
And exhale.
We're going to focus on the present moment.
I want you to close your eyes.
So focusing on your breath,
Your inhales and your exhales,
But you're also your mind is going to take you on a journey.
I want you to close your eyes and I want you to imagine your favorite quiet place.
Your favorite quiet place can be anywhere where you feel safe and peaceful and loved.
Find a place to sit and get comfortable.
You have nowhere to go.
You have nothing to do.
And give your body permission to relax.
Focusing on our breath still.
In,
You receive and out you give.
In,
Out.
In,
I receive.
Out,
I give.
In,
I receive.
Out,
I give.
As you sit here,
Your eyes are closed,
Safe,
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to do.
I want you to check in with your senses.
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
What do you feel on your feet?
Do you have socks or shoes on?
Are you barefooted?
What do you feel on your hands?
What do you see when you see yourself at your favorite place?
What do you taste if you were to run your tongue along the top of your upper teeth?
Being aware of your senses helps calm your body,
Calm your mind.
Focusing on your breath.
Place your hand on your heart.
Just feel it beating.
It beats for you.
It's powerful.
It's energetic.
It's amazing.
While you're sitting at your favorite place,
You're safe and nowhere to go,
Nothing to do.
I want you to feel more power,
Power in yourself.
Let's repeat your powerful words of intention that you wrote.
I will speak them and I want you to repeat after me.
I feel blessed that I am able to travel with my kids.
I love the flexibility and opportunity my job offers me.
I am grateful that my income allows me to live comfortably and pay my bills.
I am empowered by my recent weight loss and hopeful for its continuation.
Repeat these to yourself every day.
Feel your power.
Focus on your breath.
You are relaxed.
No expectations.
You are safe.
You are calm.
You are centered.
At your favorite spot,
You're reminded that you are worthy.
You are enough and always have been.
You are powerful.
Reminding yourself your breath,
Your senses and your intentions center you in the now,
Relaxing you,
Helping you feel free,
Unstuck and so powerful.
