Okay,

So let's just start to settle in and yeah,

Light a little incense or sage or something,

Palo santos,

Something that brings the ritual of fire,

Which is known I think in a lot of places understood as purification.

We're clearing the air of any kind of interference,

Static,

Friction on the line,

Clearing the energy of our own selves,

Anything that has clung to us that interferes with our peace and well being,

Our ability to tune in,

We're just clearing all of that away.

And you can even physically,

If you want just with your hands in front of you and around you just push the energy around so that it's like you're clearing a space,

Clearing your space and coming into your inner space,

Your inner landscape.

And just allow your body to start to settle.

Do whatever you need to do,

Fidgeting,

Adjusting,

Setting up so that you can let the body be still and allow yourself to drop in to an even deeper stillness.

It's here in the midst of us.

We're still the body just to cut the distractions that keep us thinking there's something going on around us that needs our attention.

We're still the body so that we can drop into a deeper stillness that is right here in the heart of us,

The core of us,

The essence of us,

This essence of us that is always still,

That is always at peace.

We're letting go of any and all attachments to the external world just for this brief time that we sit together,

Dropping in beyond words and thoughts and the world outside of us.

And so when I say that this inner landscape is always at peace,

It doesn't mean that it's inactive or passive.

It doesn't mean that there's nothing going on.

In fact,

The peace that's at the center of us,

The stillness at the center of us is really the absence of conflict.

It's where our feelings are aligned,

Where our sense of self is aligned,

Where there is a stable core that's not at odds with itself.

That's never insecure.

That's never uncertain or doubtful.

It's like an existential peace,

A peace of existence that doesn't question the value or worth of your existence.

And from this place of peace,

We tap into a whole other realm of creativity,

Of self-expression,

And of universal love.

It's where we are quite unbounded,

Undefended.

Now start to notice your breath and take a long,

Slow inhale and a long,

Slow exhale.

I start to open up these channels and open up your belly with the breath as you inhale long and slow and exhale long and slow.

We're just gradually allowing our body,

Our belly,

Our energy,

Our lungs,

Just allowing everything to gradually open up and then a long,

Slow inhale.

And here we don't want to force anything,

Everything that we do in meditation.

Let's do it with compassion.

Let's do it by allowing and yielding and making ourselves available rather than pushing or forcing,

Trying to improve ourselves.

Right here,

Right now,

There's not one thing we need.

There's not one thing we can add to improve ourselves.

This is it.

We're already it.

And then start to notice that breath descend as you're exhaling,

Allow that exhale to descend beneath you into the earth,

Connecting with your earth star destiny,

Your anchor on this planet.

And then inhale.

As you inhale,

Imagine that you're receiving that breath from the earth.

And it's coming up through your system and then exhale through your crown into the sky,

Connecting with the energy that you are,

Your etheric bodies above your head and all around you and connecting with that heavenly energy.

And then inhale through your crown from the sky and receive that breath.

And you can picture this golden white light pouring into pouring into your body,

Like a fluorescent light tube that runs through the center of you.

Picture that golden white light start to fill up your whole field.

So inhale from the earth that to golden white light,

The fertile goodness of mother,

The womb of all creation.

And receive that breath,

Receive that light,

Receive that cosmic life force and exhale through your crown into the sky.

And with each inhale,

Just see that golden white light spread,

Expand,

Fill up your field,

Fill up your room,

And then flood your inner eye Let it flood your inner eye.

Anywhere that distractions arise,

Any moment.

See if you can bring your attention back to the breath and back to the center of you.

Anywhere training or attention.

OH!

To the top of your head,

Just slowly scan up your body if it helps you to name body parts as you do it just so you connect body,

Breath,

Mind and awareness or otherwise sometimes you can flex as you reach a place and then let it relax,

Flex your feet and then let them relax and flex your ankles and let them relax and just come up the body slowly releasing any tension and constriction,

Noticing,

Getting to know this body and to reconnect any parts with our awareness that we might have forgotten about or turned away from sometimes different things put us askew from the body so if we experience pain for instance we internally unconsciously try to get away or escape and we forget you know that that's temporary pain it's a moment maybe,

Maybe longer but it's temporary.

If we go towards those sensations with our awareness with compassion we are able to move that pain along and to reconnect with that part of us or stay connected.

Mind is asking for our attention,

Sensation is calling for our attention and once we give it we are able to change it and breathe into any part that calls for your attention and let your body gradually relax and relax and let go and let go and let go all the way to your scalp,

Your arms,

Your hands and then we'll continue if you want this heaven to earth breath or otherwise find an easy breath that keeps your belly opening and as you sit today just allow anything that emerges to your awareness to arise whatever emerges from this peaceful center of you whatever emerges from your stillness now you're just noticing you're noticing and breathing lashes with your.
