Knowing that you are enough can impact every part of your life.
By releasing blocks of not-enoughness,
You can positively change your life in so many ways.
As I share this daily meditation,
Just allow the words to wash over you so you can anchor in these empowering beliefs.
So finding a quiet space for yourself where you won't be disturbed and sit down or lie back and just get yourself really comfortable.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and take some easy,
Relaxing breaths.
Be in this moment with me.
There is nowhere for you to go,
Nothing for you to do.
Just be.
Anxiety and self-doubt and overwhelm often come from not feeling good enough.
Breathe in and breathe out.
I have had this belief for so long that I am not enough.
I am now open to letting it go.
I am open to that possibility now.
Think about how you might be enough.
How does that feel in your emotional body?
A part of you knows you are enough.
Your inner wisdom always knows you are enough.
We have had so many experiences in our lives that we have absorbed this belief that we are not enough.
It weighs on us every single day as we doubt ourselves,
Criticize ourselves.
There is real pain there.
Is it in your heart,
Your throat,
Your belly?
Is it time to let it go?
Where did you learn that you were not enough?
Who told you you weren't enough?
Or is it a belief you have absorbed over the years?
This is a safe space.
It's safe for you to be vulnerable in this moment.
Sit with these feelings for now.
You are safe.
Where in your life do you feel you are not enough?
Not happy enough?
Not successful enough?
Not healthy enough?
Not educated enough?
Not perfect enough?
Not good enough?
All this pressure on you.
Just notice this pressure.
Be aware of the pressure you have placed on your shoulders.
How does this belief affect your joy?
Your relationships?
Your passions in life?
Your creativity?
Your life?
Be aware of all these old emotions.
These memories.
These feelings and thoughts and beliefs.
It's safe to let them go.
It's all in the past.
That's not who you are.
In this moment you can start to build a new belief.
The belief that you are enough.
Let that belief be absorbed by every cell of your body.
You are enough.
It doesn't happen overnight.
But you can build this truth day by day.
Part of you knows that you are enough.
You are enough.
What freedom.
If you are resistant to this truth,
That's okay.
That resistance will fade as time goes by.
Say after me.
I choose to be enough.
When I'm not perfect,
I am enough.
When I make mistakes,
I am enough.
Allow yourself to feel this in your body.
You are enough.
I am doing the best I can.
And that is enough.
Feel that in your body.
Allow yourself to believe it.
I am letting go of all the times that I thought I wasn't enough.
Letting go of what anyone says or thinks.
Anyone.
I have the power to choose for myself.
I don't get it right all the time.
But I am enough.
I'm imperfect.
But that's okay.
Because I am enough.
I might eat the wrong things.
I might not be that healthy.
But I am enough.
Watch the magic as you accept yourself.
You will start to make more nourishing decisions for yourself.
You will want to eat healthier food.
And you will want to move your body.
Because you are enough.
Relax into that truth.
Into the feeling that you are enough.
It's safe for you to have this belief.
You are enough.
Gently take a breath in.
And let it go.
Another breath in.
Down into your belly.
And breathe out with an audible sigh.
And just stay here with your eyes closed for a few more seconds.
Allow your nervous system and your emotional body to absorb this belief.
Breathe in again.
And let it go.
And very slowly become aware of the room you are in.
Move your body in any way that feels good.
And very gently and slowly open your eyes.
If a lot of memories and difficult emotions came up for you.
I would recommend coming back to this meditation again and again.
If you come back to it daily.
You will see your mind,
Your body and your spirit change.
You will move from self-doubt and not-enoughness to deep self-worth.
And just knowing that you are enough.
You can retrain your subconscious with new beliefs.
And this belief is the most fundamental of them all.
Don't you think?
As you go about your day.
Remind yourself that you are enough.
Say out loud,
I am enough.
At every opportunity.
It's magical.
