Thank you so much for tuning in to another guided meditation to take time for yourself,
Your healing,
Your peace,
And make your body be still for a few moments so that your soul can expand and know itself.
The meditation that we're doing today is under the Silva method.
It's also known as Silva Mind Control.
It's a self-help method developed by Jose Silva.
The method is based on the idea that the human mind has the ability to access a higher level of intelligence and consciousness known as the alpha level.
According to Silva,
Accessing this level can lead to increased creativity,
Improved problem-solving skills,
And greater control over one's thoughts and emotions.
Many people have reported positive experiences with this method and it's been used for a variety of purposes including personal development,
Stress management,
And even for healing.
So get settled.
Start focusing on your breathing.
Close your eyes if they're not already.
Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of four.
Hold the top and exhale for a count of eight.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold and exhale.
Deep breath in.
Hold and release.
Once more.
Deep breath in together.
Hold and release.
Beginning at the top of your head and melting down.
Bring your awareness every inch of your body as you slowly move down your spine.
As you go over every inch of every cell and organism,
Release tension and worry.
Release any blockages that you may be feeling emotionally.
As you pass down your arms,
Down your torso,
To your hips,
Release and feel safe in your body.
Going all the way down now,
Slowly,
Slowly.
Stop at the tips of your toes and then flip and begin to move up.
Breathing maybe slightly deeper than you normally would but still gentle.
Go back over each square inch of your skin,
Down deep into the marrow of your bones,
Releasing and sending love and feelings of safety as you go.
Communicate to each cell in your body that you are healthy and happy and thriving.
Any areas you feel tightness,
Give special attention to.
Don't linger too long as you continue your way up to the crown of your head.
Feel more centered and peaceful in your body.
Begin to repeat the phrase,
Every day,
In every way,
I am getting better,
Better,
And better in your mind.
As you repeat this phrase,
Imagine yourself in different situations where you're feeling better and better.
If it's a job,
Or success,
Health,
A relationship,
Whatever it is for you,
Imagine it improving like you're watching a movie on the screen and repeat the phrase,
Every day,
In every way,
I am getting better,
Better,
And better.
When it's time to come out,
I'll let you know.
As you are visualizing a scenario where the situation was getting better and better,
I hope you felt the emotions that come along with seeing it and feeling it in your mind's eye.
It's the emotions that truly trigger the subconscious healing.
Notice how you feel in your body now after just this short session.
Notice any areas that might have been hurting,
But now are not emotional or physical.
Did you learn anything about yourself today that surprised you?
Did you finally feel a new level of peace or just return to a state that you've been craving,
That you've missed?
