To not get so run down in the minutia,
The little stressors that won't matter in a day or two or a week.
This is life giving time and it's something that most people won't do because they think they're too busy.
So thank you for sitting down on your cushion or laying flat on your back in bed,
Wherever you might be.
Let's take a deep breath in together to glide into the practice.
Deep breath in and out through the nose.
You can have your breath be audible,
The ujjayi breath.
Deep breath in and out.
Use your entire diaphragm to inhale and exhale.
Deep breath in and out.
Deep breath in and out.
For this one,
Take a deep breath in and then when you breathe out,
Just hum it out.
Just do one more because it feels good.
Deep breath in through your nose and hum it out.
Now you can keep repeating that if you enjoyed it,
If it helps you relax more,
But it's really good for opening up the throat chakra.
If you've been feeling like you haven't been able to speak your truth or that you have things that you think if you said people wouldn't love you as much or respect you as much or like you as much,
This is a really great practice for opening up that chakra so that you stand in integrity with who you really are and it matches to how you go into the world,
What you say,
Just your energy.
Take a deep breath in again and hum it out.
Very good.
I'll take the next minute or two to ponder what it means to be in integrity in your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
Your throat chakra is already ignited just after those few simple breaths,
But what does integrity mean to you?
What have you been thinking but not saying?
What have you been feeling but pushing down?
Now is your time to meet yourself,
To fold back the layers without any judgment or shame and just fully be there with yourself,
With your loving breath guiding you along the way.
So when it's time to come out,

You can flutter your eyes open or if you're about to go to sleep,
Just hit stop.
Do some gentle neck rolls,
Some wrist rolls.
Grab some water.
Maybe write down what came up for you in these past few moments of clarity and calm.
How can you move to being more in integrity?
What can you let go of so that you float up,
So that you are at a vibration that feels right.
You're not suppressing or hiding,
You're fully yourself like you were when you were a child.
