Thank you so much for joining me for another guided meditation,
For making the decision to take some time for your wellbeing,
For your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit to bring back yourself into alignment with your highest vibration just by sitting down or laying down,
Closing your eyes and getting quiet.
As you sink into your body,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Notice how it feels when you inhale and how it feels when you exhale.
Feel your body relaxing with every breath,
Your shoulders dropping away from your ears.
You can release your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Let your jaw fall ever so slightly open,
Relaxing further down your spine,
Vertebrae by vertebrae until you're in your hips.
You notice the sensation that they feel in connection with the ground.
Try with your mind's eye to release any tension that you're holding there and letting that energy flow downward down your legs,
Past your knees,
Down your shins,
Your calves,
And circling your ankles down the tops of your feet to the tips of your toes.
And with your breath now,
Bring that energy back up from your feet,
Up your legs,
And rest it in your heart space.
Feel the sensation of your heart beating and try to sense the energy that's being output.
If you can,
Expand that energy until it's encircling your body and push it out a little bit further so that it fills the room and push that energy out even further so it's around your city.
Push it out to your state,
To your country,
To the oceans,
And around the world.
Notice the sensation of your heart's energy.
See if you can feel how connected you are to every inch that your energy flew.
Keep breathing in this state,
This relaxed,
Connected,
Blissful state.
And when it's time to come out,
I'll let you know.
Start bringing your energy back closer to you,
To your country.
To your state,
To your city,
To your room,
To you.
You can flutter your eyes open,
Do some gentle stretching,
Definitely grab some water.
Just notice how you feel in your body right now.
Does your mind feel more connected to your heart,
To your gut?
Take that feeling into your day or into your dreams,
That contented,
Restful,
Strong feeling.
