You are listening to the Motherhood Unstressed podcast,

And I'm your host,

Liz Carlisle.

Thank you for taking the time to join me today to get centered,

To set an intention and a manifestation for the year ahead.

So like always,

Take a moment to get comfortable.

You don't need perfect posture.

You can do this laying flat on your back with a pillow supporting your head,

And you don't need to be in perfect silence.

Just get comfortable and let yourself arrive.

So go ahead,

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes.

Let's take a deep,

Slow breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Again inhale deeply and out through the mouth.

Let's do one more together.

Deep breath in.

Let your body soften with your breath,

And every breath you take now,

Just let it wash over you and let it relax your shoulders even more.

This is your time.

You're not behind.

You're not late.

You're exactly where you're meant to be.

I want you to bring your attention to your heart,

Right in the center of your chest.

Imagine your breath moving in and out of this space.

It's easy,

It's natural,

Nothing forced.

As you breathe,

Let your nervous system calm.

Let your shoulders continue to drop away from your ears.

Let your jaw unclench.

You can release your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

You don't need to think your way through this.

Just feel.

It wanders,

And it probably will.

That's okay.

Gently bring it back to your breath again and again.

Imagine this space in your heart as a white golden light emanating out from the center,

Healing every cell as it goes.

Once you've healed and rejuvenated every cell in your body,

You can push it out into the room.

Push it out into your neighborhood.

Push it out into your state,

Your city.

Push it out into your country.

Push it out over the oceans.

It's swirling back to you in a beautiful cycle of healing,

Rejuvenation,

And love.

I want you to think about a version of you from this past year.

Not with judgment,

Just curiosity and raw observation.

Look at your habits,

Patterns,

Maybe the way you reacted instead of responded.

The things you did just to survive the day.

I want you to silently say to yourself,

Thank you for getting me here.

I release what I no longer need to carry.

With every exhale,

Imagine letting go.

Old stories,

Old stress,

Old versions of yourself.

They don't get to come with you in this next year.

You're not broken.

You're simply evolving and ascending.

Now for the fun part.

Imagine stepping into this new year.

See yourself a little further down the road,

Maybe six months from now,

Already living the life you want.

Notice how you show up,

How you hold yourself,

How grounded you feel.

This version of you isn't rushing.

She isn't proving.

She isn't chasing.

She knows who she is.

I want you to feel that energy in your body right now.

The calm confidence,

The steadiness,

The quiet certainty.

Let that feeling expand with every breath.

This is what alignment feels like.

From this place of calm and certainty,

I want you to bring forward one intention for the year ahead.

Just one.

Not something that you're forcing.

Something you're becoming.

Say it gently in the present tense.

It's very important.

I am or I embody.

And then pause.

Don't overthink it.

Feel it.

What does it feel like in your body to already be this version of yourself?

Stay with the feeling longer than the words.

Your body is learning something new right now.

It's feeling something new.

Here's the part where you let go.

You don't need to know how this happens.

You don't need to control the timing.

You don't need to hustle or push for it.

Just silently remind yourself,

I trust the unfolding.

I stay open.

Now imagine releasing your intention.

Like placing it gently into something much bigger than you.

And allowing it to come together in ways you can't yet imagine.

Your job is not to force.

Your job is to stay aligned and attract.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Back to your heart.

The real center of magnetism in your life.

Feel gratitude.

Not because everything is perfect.

But because you are present,

Aware,

And becoming.

Let's take one final deep breath in.

When you're ready you can flutter your eyes open.

And carry this feeling with you.

You can come back to it anytime you wish.

This is your reset.

This is your reminder of who you really are.

And the power that you have within you.

Always.

When you choose to tap into it.

By getting quiet.

And coming back to your breath.

You have everything you need to have the life that you desire.

It's already within you.

You just need to remember that you have that power.

This is your reminder.

This is the beginning.

Thank you for taking time with me today.

For doing the work.

Until next time.

Namaste.
