Meditation on the Gap Between the numbers 1 and 2 is a gap,

Right?

Between 2 and 3 is a gap Between 3 and 4 is a gap Between 4 and 1,

Again,

There's a gap So slowly,

When I say 1,

You verbally say 1 Then when I say 2,

You say 2 Then as we meditate,

I'll say Now focus on the gap between 1 and 2 Just put your complete attention and awareness between 1 and 2 Put your complete awareness and attention between 2 and 3 Between 3 and 4 At some point,

After 1,

2,

3,

4 After I do a few rounds,

We'll stop verbally repeating the numbers And you just mentally repeat the numbers And then I'll just keep slowing down And where I say 1 and 2,

I'll keep elongating the gap And you keep filling that gap with your consciousness And at some point,

You'll reach that stillness and let go The key is not the numbers,

It's the focus on the gap That temporary moment of stillness And as you keep focusing on that stillness,

You get drawn in Are you ready to try?

Please keep your spine straight and your neck straight Relax your shoulders Relax your arms Keep your hands facing up Let's ask for blessings To the Supreme God,

To all the great teachers,

The archangels,

The beings of light We thank you for your blessings We thank you for your divine help and protection with thanks and full faith Just relax Now repeat after me verbally 1,

3,

4 1,

2,

3,

4 This time softer 1,

2,

3,

4 1,

Be aware of the gap 2,

Be aware of the gap 3,

4,

Be aware of the silence 1,

Now feel your entire awareness,

Your attention in the gap 2,

Your awareness is in the gap,

Your complete attention Observe how silent it is between the numbers 3 4 Now don't say the numbers anymore,

Just listen 1,

You're in the gap,

Complete attention,

Complete awareness,

Right in the gap 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 Slowly be aware of your body,

Be aware of the room Slowly move your fingers,

Your arms,

Your hands and your feet Maybe you don't even want to come back,

Please come back Very gently stretch your body,

Come back into your body right now Take a deep breath and wiggle your toes Notice that at the beginning it felt like the numbers were the focus and the gap was just this in between Then at some point it shifts and the stillness becomes the focus and the numbers are almost an interruption This means that in that process the silence became the normal and the 1,

2,

3,

4 felt like interruptions versus 1,

2,

3,

4 being the normal life and the stillness something that you're seeking and trying to find This meditation helps train the brain to look for stillness as the natural way of living instead of the interruption as the natural way of living There's always going to be movement in life but the important part is to pay attention to the points of stillness in life Namaste my friends,
