When we are stressed—there’s little time to pause, let alone breathe. But how do we get out of our heads and out of the race, and into a state of calm and presence?
In this session, we open up space for getting to know the parts of us that want to run from stress, that want to take us out of our stressful state, through avoiding stressors and stressful experiences.
We check in with these parts to ask permission to do fast breathwork, that will allow us to experience a state of physiological stress, and move through it and out of it in a safe way.
