Sunday Nervous System Reset – Weekly Yoga Nidra

As Sunday evening arrives, you may already feel work stress or anticipation building for the week ahead. This 45-minute live yoga nidra practice is designed to help you release accumulated tension and gently reset your nervous system. If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, mentally busy, or stuck in fight-or-flight, this is a space to soften and return to steadiness.
Through guided rest, your body is invited to shift out of stress response, your thoughts can slow down and your system can widen its window of tolerance.
Before we begin, create your cozy nest. Gather blankets, cushions, warm layers, an eye mask... anything that helps you feel fully supported. You can lie on the floor with props or settle directly into your bed. Comfort is key.
You may leave feeling clearer, calmer and more resourced for the days ahead.
