Welcome to Restorative Pilates. In this ongoing workshop we will explore some of the lesser known but incredibly valuable principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Mindfulness and Flow. Learn simple ways to dial into and become more present in your body’s alignment. Finding strength & balance while releasing stuck energies, gives your system an opportunity to reboot; spirit, mind & body. This class will primarily be lying down. PROPS (for today): roller, pinky ball, light weights (under 5lbs), gertie ball. Find a blank wall and floor space to roll out on where you can still view the class online.
