Spring is coming, days are getting longer and warmer. Everything is waking up and getting ready for new energy and beginnings. In Ayurveda that's the time to clean your system, not with a cleanse but with a supportive way to allow your body to be able to do its job. Ayurveda, India's medical lifescience, can help you strengthen your digestion again to clear up the toxins and regain your energy and health. In the long run Ayurveda is also very supportive in managing chronic conditions and increasing health and wellbeing where possible, through food and lifestyle adjustments.
In this talk I will share about Ayurveda's Three Pillars of Health and how they help you create more health and well-being so that you will be able to dive deeper in the practices of yoga and meditation and improve your health.
