A balanced 45-minute Hatha flow designed to reset your energy mid-day. We’ll build gentle heat with steady standing poses and breath-led movement, then gradually cool down into longer holds and grounding shapes. The practice closes with Legs Up the Wall to restore circulation and calm the nervous system — leaving you clear, focused, and steady for the rest of your day.
