Welcome to your 45-minute therapeutic sanctuary, a slow vinyasa practice designed specifically for women navigating the transitions of midlife. Your needs intuitively shape this community-led session; at the start of each class, I invite you to share your requests so we can address the specific physical tension or emotional hurdles you are carrying that day. We weave together mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and a nervous system reset to help you move beyond anxiety and burnout. Whether you are a long-time practitioner or brand new to the mat, this practice is rooted in yoga therapy to help you reclaim your energy and build emotional resilience. Please bring two blocks, a blanket, and a strap (or any substitutes you already have) as we slow down to reconnect with your inner wisdom and grow gently together.
