Join Alexander on this guided meditation designed to recharge and bring yourself back to the present. Sometimes holding on to grudges or negative perceptions can inhibit us from expressing our true potential and opening up to those around us. One of the most profound meditations a person can do is the Loving Kindness meditation (AKA Metta Meditation), known for being an incredibly impactful meditation. A loving kindness meditation helps us realise the beauty in other people, exercise our sense of compassion and most importantly, release our souls of negativity. It's the most productive way to grow as a person and cultivate more successful relationships in our lives. Come see for yourself as Alexander shows you what makes this practice so significant. Alexander will also teach you the basics of meditation so that you can later meditate in your own time whenever it is needed. The meditation will go on for 30 minutes (with a 5 minute intro and 5 minute debrief). If you rock up late, that's fine, just join in! Everyone's welcome!
